Your beach vacation begins at this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo, in WaterPointe II, #201. Updated laminate flooring in the main and family room. The condo is a desirable END unit on the 2nd floor, which means more space, more windows, more SC sunshine! Access the balcony from both the living room and the main bedroom for miles of views; even the 3rd bedroom has large windows for ocean views. The living room includes sofa sleeper (Queen Sleeper) & 3 occasional chairs, flat screen TV. The rug in the den is new, the stove is new and the big screen tv is about 1 year old, new headboards on the twin beds, one new bed and box spring on one side, and new box spring on the other.

Great care was taken to choose neutral colors and stylish details for the kitchen and fresh look of the rest of the condo. Kitchen updates include: paint, appliances, tile floor, tile back splash, cabinets, lighting, quartz counter top, sink, faucet, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining, with seating for 4 at table + 2 stools at the breakfast bar. There are full sized appliances and a washer & dryer in the unit, plus extra counter space.

The bathrooms in this unit have also been updated with glass shower doors. All new fixtures and hardware complete the look of this fantastic upgrade.
Main Bedroom offers a King bed, private updated bathroom, flat screen TV, and new mirrored closet doors that open and close with ease.
Bedroom #2: 1 Queen bed; flat screen TV, corner window, mirrored closet doors.
Bedroom #3: Twin beds, flat screen TV, wide double window with ocean views.

WaterPointe II is complete with outdoor amenities: Oceanfront pool and sun deck; indoor pool + hot tub, 2 charcoal grills, gym located on the 2nd floor. It is ideally located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach with family communities, a local park, surrounding natural marsh setting and bicycle friendly neighborhood streets. Enjoy local shopping, dining, and amusements for the kids. Great beaches offer lifeguard stands, rental chairs and umbrellas available on the beach thru NMB city parks services, right in front of the WaterPointe building (in-season). If you don't want to hit the beach, relax in the hot tub, take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pools, or the expansive sundeck. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Just minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is our most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. You'll find everything from the best beach wear, shoe shopping, wonderful sweet shops filled with treats, to LIVE alligators and more to amaze. You can rent jet skis on the Waterway, cruise in a dinner boat, rent a pontoon or guided fishing expedition, & even enjoy the views from a number of restaurants.

Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated - this condo exceeded my expectations for our vacation. It is apparent this unit has been upgraded - new kitchen, bathrooms, paint, carpet, tile floors, etc. Located right on the beach with excellent views. 2nd floor end unit location was perfect - no waiting for the elevators! This unit was great for our vacation. It had everything we needed. It’s very close to Barefoot Landing and mini golf. The building is older but immaculate. There’s a small parking In front of building with a parking lot across the street. We preferred the parking lot because it’s very spacious and still very close to the building. We would stay here again.
