We love Seattle!! Great place to hike, bike, walk. Very moderate temperatures. Wonderful place to raise a family.

It's quiet yet close to everything fun! Where the mountains and sea and lakes meet. Just a few minutes north of Green Lake, a fun residential treelined neighborhood with local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops--and just minutes to the Mall, University of Washington and UW Medical Center as well as an easy zip to Downtown by car or by light rail.

What makes this property unique

Large spacious two bedrooms, very well furnished. We'll stocked kitchen with coffeemaker, microwave, blender, refrigerator. Granite countertops throughout. Gas cooktop and electric range.
