Foi tudo ótimo anfitrião, comodidade, localização. Só uma observação acho que seria interessante pensar em deixar o controle do portão com o hóspede pois as vezes tínhamos que esperar um pouco além do normal para abertura do portão. Sugestão cobrar um calção na hora do chek in. E após a devolução do controle fazer o ressarcimento.

Excelente apto com uma vista deslumbrante da orla. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Super indico o apto. O único ponto negativo é não ter Wi-Fi no apto, o resto é 100%.

O imóvel é ótimo, bem localizado e tem uma vista maravilhosa... Super arejado e a cozinha possui os eletrodomésticos necessários. Colchões novos. É um apartamento muito confortável para férias em família!! Os porteiros são educados. A anfitriã Maria Elisa é super atenciosa . O imóvel não possui wi-fi. Sugiro que disponibilize pelo menos 2 cadeiras de praia e um guarda sol -ficamos hospedados por 12 dias e o aluguel desses itens estavam bem caros. Recomendo o imóvel. Nossas férias foram perfeitas! Voltaremos em breve...

Varanda Perfeita pra Isolamento Social em Tempos de Pandemia!

O apartamento atende plenamente ao que foi descrito no site...é muito bem localizado, próximo a vários estabelecimentos – como supermercado, padaria, etc. Sem falar que tem um Empório...com muita cerveja gelada e demais produtos já na entrada!!!! Maravilha, hehehe… O apartamento oferece um ótimo conforto térmico e pela disposição física, garante uma separação ótima dos dormitórios e a área social. Ótimo para fazer a festa e não incomodar aqueles que querem dormir hehehe… O apartamento é bem equipado (com equipamentos e utensílios em ótimo estado – novos e bem higienizados). A proprietária é muito agradável e atenciosa...não nos faltou nada. Foi um prazer os dias passados lá...voltaremos com certeza.

Férias em Família

Foi especial demais esses dias em Guarapari! uma férias de família que só por Deus aconteceria! E que atenção e carinho da Elisa com a gente! O apartamento é mais bonito pessoalmente que nas fotos, amplo, uma vista maravilhosa para o mar, os 3 quartos arejados, camas e colchões novos, cozinha toda equipada, os banheiros todos com ótimos chuveiros, água quente, uma sala ampla, aconchegante! Fantástico o imóvel. Trata-se de imóvel novo, bem localizado, arejado, claro, bem mobilhado e de muito bom gosto. Imóvel agradável, sem a mofadas, panos, toalhas de mesa e outros do gênero que em praia só servem para acondicionar poeria. Tudo limpíssimo e moderno. Todos utensílios para cozinha. Fomos surpreendidos na chegada com bombons sobre as camas. Imóvel confere com as características descritas. Proprietária super educada e cordial. Fica a dica apenas para wi-fi e uma tv pequena no quarto principal de casal, mas sendo apenas um detalhe. Voltarei e fiquei cliente. Nota 10!
