The communication was superb. The house is darling and is as pictured. All the small touches and decor are very nice. The refrigerator was not very cold, and the freezer was not freezing, but the host responded immediately that the maintenance team would check it out. We loved the fireplace, games and books, and the coffee bar was lovely! The beds upstairs are all very firm, memory foam mattresses. All bathrooms are equipped with soap, shampoo, etc. We would stay again!
