The main floor features an open kitchen and living room, perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. The master suite includes a king bed and private bath on the same level, and there’s also a queen bedroom with an attached common bath.
Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy loft with a twin bed and futon, plus two more bedrooms:
• Bedroom 3: Full-size bed
• Bedroom 4: Full/twin bunk bed
There’s plenty of space for families or groups to spread out and feel at home.
Located just 10–15 minutes from Powderhorn Ski Resort, 25 minutes to Palisade, and 35 minutes to Grand Junction, you’ll have easy access to skiing, wineries, and local attractions, all while enjoying peace and beautiful mountain scenery.
