This property was perfect for 3 middle-aged women visiting the Asheville area for the first time. We had 3 different days of different adventures: 1) shopping downtown Hendersonville, 2) the Biltmore and breweries/dinner in Asheville, 3) hiking in the DuPont State Recreational Forest. All 3 were close by and were greatly enjoyed. The property was clean, comfortable, well-located and well-provisioned. We'll be back!

My husband and I I stayed with our two pups for three nights. We drove some of the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiked a few trails and visited area apple orchards. The location was very conveniently located to restaurants and those areas.. The area is older but looks to be rejuvenating. This house was very clean, and attractively decorated. Also, a big pleasant surprise was a small fenced in area to let the dogs stretch their legs without having them on leashes while outside. Another plus for those traveling with pets is there is a nice walking trail by the river and a small dog park divided between large and small dogs. We hope to return next year.

The house was perfect for a weekend stay, close to downtown. Very cute decor. Only glitch was we were given the wrong door code, but the host was responsive and got us the correct one. Also the railing up the stone steps was broken, made if difficult for two senior citizens to navigate with bags, etc.
