Tucked away behind the front house, this private 2-bedroom retreat offers a boutique hideaway feel. The bright living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for slow mornings, casual dinners, or a glass of wine after a day in Austin.

• Primary Bedroom – Queen bed with soft linens and curated details.
• Guest Bedroom – Two twin beds, ideal for friends or family.
• Bathroom – Full bath with fresh towels and modern finishes.
Private Backyard
Your own backyard sanctuary sits just behind the house:
• Picnic table for al fresco dining.
• Outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse.
• Cornhole set for laid-back afternoons.

Guests will have exclusive use of The Hideout (the 2-bedroom back house) along with its private backyard featuring the picnic table, grill, cornhole, and outdoor shower.
The front house, as well as the yard and amenities between the 2 homes is not included in this listing.

Guests will need to pass through the exterior walkway along the fence to reach the entrance.
We kindly ask that you respect their privacy and keep outdoor noise at a considerate level to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
Additional rules:
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- No pets allowed
