Charming 2-bedroom Cottage in serene Salyer; river access, beautiful views

Experience Salyer like a local in this 2-bedroom historic Cottage from the 1940’s. This delightful property features a king bed and a queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. You share the pool and hot tub with the main house. The cottage is located on the historic Fountain Ranch, where you will be part of history. The cottage has been beautifully restored from 1911, where the main house and cottage was part of the Fountain Ranch and continues to be owned and operated by the family. There is access to the river and you can experience the on-going cattle ranch first hand as the cattle are located on the ranch. The bathroom and bedrooms are handicap accessible as well. The property can also be used for events but this must be planned ahead of time and booked with the owner directly. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

We had the BEST experience at The Fountain Ranch, upon our arrival we were so happy to see how beautiful the place is, the beautiful grounds overlooking and serene surroundings overlooking the Trinity River. The home is beautiful and quaint and you can feel how loved and cared for it is. The accommodations were great, super nice and comfortable beds, linens, towels, and high quality details, and a super welcoming and friendly Owner/Host who was happy to answer any questions and give us info on the area and the great history of the Ranch. Our family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay, from relaxing, to enjoying the pool and jacuzzi, cooking on the grill on the patio, to exploring the nearby sites, the river, national forests, the redwoods, Trinidad Beach, to name a few. We highly recommend The Fountain Ranch to anyone looking for a great get away. We can’t wait to get back there again some day! Thank you Fountain Ranch for the awesome memories made for our family
