The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off spa, clean pool area and shut gate to pool. Gather all towels and linen. Put in bath tubs of bedrooms used.
Clean all dishes, cookware and utensils. Remove all trash from house and put in garbage can on side of house
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must be accounted for in booking.
Gate for pool must be closed at all times.No one is to swim alone,kids under 18 must be accompanied by and adult.No diving or jumping into pool or spa
No parties. Heated pool and spa available for $25 per night booked. Must be paid at least 7 days in advance
