Location, Location, Location!
Atlantis is overrated, the views from the house are breathtaking, whether you are in the living room, dining room, kitchen, master shower, master bedroom or the bedroom facing the pool.

Hot tub in the master bathroom, majestic view of the waters while you relax!

Home was build by the Dupont's in the 1950's, then they sold it to Lord Sassoon, we are the fifth owners of this incredible home. Home has 10 feet privacy wall, steps from patio take you directly to the beach. The entire back of the house faces the ocean and has a deck on it. Guests enjoy 160 linear feet of ocean frontage.

Come enjoy the turquoise waters of the caribbean, breath taking views, fishing from the deck, beach is a few steps from the deck, snorkeling tours not needed, we have a very healthy marine life by the house, swimming pool and hot tub facing the ocean!

All rooms are expansive. Master Bedroom is 22 by 22 feet, with one wall having 3 french doors facing the ocean. Master Bathroom has 2 water tiles in the shower, heated jacuzzi, and a bidet, did we mention a walk-in master closet. Living room/Dining room is 44 ft by 16 ft.

Each bedroom has two full size beds, and one twin bed under the full size bed. All bedrooms have closets.

House has a generator.

All new kitchen with an Italian Range Bertazzoni, Bosch dishwasher, LG washer, we have all high end appliances. From paint, to appliances to the pool finish all choices are luxurious.

House is managed locally by a property manager. They will greet you on check in day and familiarize you to our home. They will also be present at time of checkout. During your stay if you have any questions, concerns or issue they will handle them promptly.

We don't charge resort fees, gratuities or taxes. Home is not only affordable for families it is also something out of the book of the Rich and the Famous.

Seaduction Bachelor Party

Seaduction was perfect for our bachelor party group. Great location, beautiful and safe property. Sonal was very easy to communicate with from the beginning, and the housekeeper who checked us in and out was very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Great location

Great location with easy access to local taxi’s and right on the local bus route. Large roomy living spaces with views of the water and large patio to relax and watch the ships come in. Sonal was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family had a wonderful time, perfect weather in February.

Great Vacation with Family; Beautiful Spot

Beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay with children and grandchildren. The pool and hot tub were a hit. We also enjoyed going down the steps to the ocean, and that the rocks don’t hurt your feet and there is sand to walk on. The ocean being swimmable there (waves were often calm) was a bonus! Kitchen was reasonably equipped for making meals for our group. Having a washer & dryer was a plus with our little ones.

Spectacular Views and Water Access

The house is perched steps from the ocean with a huge deck area with pool, hot tub, dining table and plenty of seating. We swam and snorkeled right from the deck steps. The kitchen is well-equipped and living room/dining area is huge with the same great view as the deck. Taxis were readily available from the street in front of the house. We enjoyed several meals at wonderful local restaurants at the nearby Fish Fry. I was a fabulous introduction to the Bahamas. The people were wonderful and the house manager was very helpful.

Friends Reunion

The stay we had was fantastic! The house was clean, felt very safe, plenty of space in the house (we had 17 people), the pool and yard gave us a lot to do while hanging out, and the view of the sunsets off the water were unbelievable. A surplus of taxis around the island make it extremely easy to get around. Sonal (the host) was extremely helpful and extremely responsive as we prepared for our trip and had questions about how best to spend our time. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Nassau!

Fun, Fabulous Getaway

We had a crew of 18 girls stay in this house over a long weekend for a bachelorette trip, and this house surpassed all expectations! There was so much room for all of us to hang out together, whether in the living/dining room or outside by the pool. The house was clean, we had hot water, and the view was absolutely immaculate. Sonal, the host, was responsive and took great care of us and our needs, and also provided some great local recommendations.

Great Stay!

I stayed here with a party of 10. There was plenty of room, the home was very spacious. Everything was spotless upon arrival and the check-in process was easy. Shenque, the property manager was amazing. She explained and showed me where everything was and how to operate certain things within the home as well. The location is perfect as it was not too far from everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely recommend and book again if I have the opportunity.

Loved being on the ocean

Great living space and lots of beds.Shenque, the host, was very kind and helpful with check in and check out and anything we needed while there.It was great to be on the ocean but the waves were big enough that you couldn't use the beach that is off the back deck, even at low tide.Saunders beach is 3 min walk. Everything else (KFC, Burger King, gas station and liquor store are about 1 mile walk on a very busy road with narrow or no sidewalk. Unless you plan to stay only at the house, you will need a car or take taxis.

The views were amazing.

The house was very spacious. The kitchen was amazing and was enjoyed by all the family who love to cook. There was some damage to the steps down to water due to late season hurricane. There was also a delay in checking in which was due to the late checking out of the previous guests but the cleaning crew allowed us to drop off all our luggage.

What a hidden gem behind the walls on bay street!

Loved the house, the service, we stayed for 10 days with 4 generations and couldn't have asked for more. No need to rent cars, bus right outside the house. Did the obligatory free tour of Atlantis after 5 pm. Enjoyed local fare at fish fry. The new Pizza hut was a nice addition on bay street. We got fresh bananas from the yard, we were told that is quite unusual since the garden is still fairly new. We will be back.

What a wonderful vacation. Sonal and her team where very responsive. The airconditioner in the main area stopped working and they worked really hard to get it fixed and then offered a small refund for the inconvenience. Pool and beach right there make you not have to go anywhere. Went to Rose Island with a suggested vendor of hers, Captain Mike - great day and much cheaper than using other commercial entities. Would absolutely go back.

Great house room for everyone!

We had a family reunion stay here total of 12 people. The house needs updating but was large and roomy for us all and everyone was comfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working but Shenque got right on it and it was quickly fixed. The only thing was we thought we would have our own little beach area but there was none at all. That may have been due to the time of year.

We have been coming to the Bahamas for the last 20 years and truly love Nassau. We had been visiting about 4 times a year. Finally in 2012 we fell in love with Sea Duction and decided to make it our second home. We eventually plan to retire in the house. This house has been completely renovated with loving touches. House is build with materials that respect the corrosive nature of the ocean. We hope that you will enjoy Sea Duction as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Property is oceanfront, heart of town, close to airport, close to Baha Mar and Atlantis. We loved the seclusion, the privacy wall. We love the healthy marine life. Whenever we are there we spend atleast an hour feeding the fish.

What makes this property unique

Fish right off the deck if you wish, go snorkeling straight from the house. Heated pool, if the ocean is too cold for you use our heated pool. Pool is less than 5 feet deep, this was done so that you can enjoy playing in the pool. If you wish to swim in deep waters the ocean is always waiting for you.

House has a professional set of poker chips!

We provide spices and condiments to our guests because groceries in Nassau are very expensive. IF something is missing, PLEASE EMAIL us and we will try to replenish it. We will make a sincere effort to keep everything clean, if you would like your own supplies please feel free to do so.
Spices include salt, sugar, oil, olive oil, tarragon leaves, celery seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, red pepper, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground mace, cumin seeds, italian seasoning, old bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chai masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, indian garam masala, poppy seeds, ground cardamom and thyme leaves, parsley flakes, chives, cinnamon powder, rosemary leaves, caraway seeds, baking powder and dill. We have sugar, salt, oil and olive oil.

In condiments we have hershey's chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, smucker's hot fudge, strawberry spread, grape spread, mayo, ketchup, sriracha sauce, parmesan cheese, tobasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, peanut butter, pancake syrup, horseradish mustard, grey poupon dijon mustard, Walden Farms Super Fruit Balsamic Vinegar, zesty italian dressing, creamy caeser dressing and pancake syrup.
