We offer premium ski accommodation on three floors; three beautiful bedrooms, den, and 3+ bathrooms for a super comfortable stay for up to ten guests.
The top floor, where you gather, has large bay windows providing beautiful views of the Village and the slopes. Here is a beautiful kitchen with a loaded pantry - lots of staples, spices, and more. We have a new espresso maker, also drip coffee maker, grinders, blenders, mixers and crock pot and more. A great kitchen for people who love cooking. The dining tabe seats 8, with more seating along the counter. The fire place in the living room with lots of seating around, makes everything cozy. Easy access from the kitchen to the weber bbq. And the wonderful, large, soothing, brand new hot tub under cover and completely private!

Main entry is from the flat driveway, lots of parking, and a single car garage. This is the middle floor which has a beautiful master bedroom, medium-firm bed, and a stunning en-suite with bath and separate shower. The second bedroom, has twin beds that can be joined to make a King, and across the hall is another elegant bathroom. Laundry facilities are on this floor, also on the lower (den) floor

The lower level has a deluxe den with TV, fireplace, a mini kitchen, a bathroom, and a second laundry room. Here is the third bedroom with new mattresses on two double bunk beds (sleeps four). The den sofa converts to a queen bed.. The warm and spacious ski room exits directly onto the Knoll ski-way with a short, easy walk or ski to the Village and onto the slopes.

We have a top-quality Kettler ping pong table in the lower level entry. It can be easily rolled into the den and unfolded, ready to play - nets and paddles in place. The den furniture can be easily re-arranged to create a great space for the table -- it's an option for more fun.

The high-speed wifi /internet allows for excellent streaming of Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube, CBC Gems, and more. These are freely available via AppleTV on both the top floor and lower floors.

We are determined to keep everyone, family, guests, ourselves, safe and comfortable, and provide joy in the snow every winter. We keep our beautiful family vacation home in top shape. Quality finishing throughout, includes some heated floors, superior ventilation, central gas heating, two fireplaces, ceramic counters, flooring of carpet, hardwood, and tile, beautiful oak detailing, elegant window treatment -- the photos tell it all! This is premium accommodation with a wonderful location included! Recently we expanded our calendar to offer rental for summer guests, especially to families.

We are located right on Knoll Ski-way, easy walking and skiing to the Village, with nordic and alpine access right out the lower door. Tube town, Brewers Pond, Silver Queen Chair and Silver Woods Chair are very near. 200 paces takes you to a short slope to the top of Silver Woods Chair. Ours is a great location with beautiful Mountain sunsets, a view of the slopes, and even a variety of birds at the neighbour's feeder sometimes. You will love it here!
