The outdoor setting with beautiful landscaping, a year-round heated pool with hot-tub, fire pit, 2 car+ garage with parking for 4 vehicles total and outdoor patio with seating for 6 and a BBQ completes the overall experience of relaxing in comfort Rocky Mountain style!

On the main level, there is a great room with fireplace, a large dining table (with seating for 10) and a fully-appointed gourmet kitchen with slab granite peninsula/counter tops, and a 6-burner + grill Wolf range - along with counter seating (3 barstools) and a breakfast nook that seats 5. As well, the master bedroom is on the main level, including a fireplace, balcony, 5 piece en suite bathroom and two walk-in closets.

The downstairs level includes two bedrooms, a large family/game room with a huge sofa and large flat-screen TV, Foosball & Game table, a kitchenette with wet bar and coffee maker surrounded by bar stools. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, fireplace, patio and 5-piece en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom. In addition, there are 3 cots that can be set up in the large family room or one of the spacious bedrooms (for kids, not adults).

The top level includes the 4th bedroom with high 20 foot ceilings, a 5-piece en suite bathroom, large walk-in closet and kids play area.

Gorgeous Mountain Home

Beautiful mountain home exactly like the pictures and description. All bedrooms have nice dedicated bathrooms & are private in relation to the other rooms. Also, this home comes with many stocked condiments in the huge kitchen, including coffee and Keurig coffee pods! The views of the mountains and ski area are amazing!

What an amazing place, so spacious, perfect location to access Beaver Creek and Vail, game area downstairs was also great, you can fit multiple families here. Honestly the pictures do not do this place justice, it is way nicer than the pictures show. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Pros- Incredible house! Very accommodating and clean! Great location! Loved the pool and hot tub! Great communication w property manager! Cons- leaking ice maker flooded downstairs kitchenette. Need additional towels for the pool and hot tub.

Great Family Vacation!

This property is AMAZING!!! Spacious, comfortable, clean, AMAZING! We were so pleased to find the kitchen cabinets stocked with many essential cooking ingredients. Also, the coffee and tea bar was a big hit with the family. We also enjoyed game night by the fire with the assortment of games available. Great communication from manager, nice quiet location, warm and cozy with the many fireplaces. We were surprised by fireworks right in the backyard, we had a front row seat. Such a great surprise! Easy access to Beaver Creek and a quick trip to Vail. We will definitely book again and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful property exceeded expectations

The house is much prettier then expected . The pictures can’t do it justice . It’s stocked with everything you can imagine and very convenient to both Beaver Creek and Vail . I can’t say enough about the house it was so enchanting and would definitely go there again . Having said that there were a few annoying things about the property . We were 8 people and it was advertised that it sleeps 14 . My daughter and family were in another house about 15 minutes away and one night we wanted them to sleep over which would have added another 4 people . When I asked for bedding for 4 extra people I was informed by management that it was illegal and above what the fire code of Avon allows . I found that odd and annoying because it was clearly advertised fir 14 people . There were a few other minor annoying problems , like no welcoming book with instructions and no smart tv in the living room . But , these were minor annoyances . The house is very cozy ,luxurious and beautiful and I would live to stay there again .

Celebrating Xmas Holidays w/ Family

House was gorgeous, but 4 beds & only I king bed, slept 8, not 10. Xmas tree & holiday decor..great! Laundry/brooms/ cleaning supply all over floor when we arrived & still @5:00 when our guests came. Cleaners stayed 'til 6:15 & left w/ laundry in dryer, in wash machine & dirty laundry in baskets undone. Asked us to finish laundry. TV in downstairs didn't work. Didn't know pool & hot tub were outside. Ran out of coffee filters we brought & couldn't find any stocked. Furniture, walls & decor in very good condition.

Best Place to stay when visiting Beaver Creek

We've stayed at Bel Lago #104 several times, and we have always had a wonderful experience. Key criteria for us, which this house/condo provides, is close to parking for Beaver Creek ski area (less than 5 minutes), close to an in town bus route, spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a week long visit, pool, hot tube that are awesome!

Beautiful property, perfect for large family get-togethers!

We rented this property for a long ski weekend. It was very spacious and had beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked and the large dining room table was perfect for our group. I was hesitant to rent this property because of the distance from the Beaver Creek ski resort. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the ease with which we could get to the gondola that is in downtown Avon. Also, there is a bus stop right by Bel Lago that will get you to the gondola and many other locations in Avon. The hot tub/pool is outdoors and just steps away from the home. Spectacular in the winter, I can't wait to see how gorgeous it is in the summer (the property overlooks a lake with a walking path) !!

Phenomenal Place!

I've stay at this home multiple times over the last few years and only visit Avon if I can book it. The home is well kept and the property manager, Joe, is always responsive, available, and helpful. Plenty of space for 4 couples. I couldn't imagine a better set-up for a ski trip!
