This apartment is a luxury suite with a balcony directly on the beach on the 11th floor, fully renovated to the highest standards. With an outstanding view of the sea and pool from the entire place, it sits on one of the best beaches on the island. A lifeguard is on-site for your safety. The area is known for the best climate in Gran Canaria and also in the world. It is paradise for beach lovers, hikers, and cyclists.
Six-meter-long terrace across the entire apartment, overlooking the pool and the beach, this beautiful home is right on Patalavaca's beach. Perfect for a romantic getaway with an unforgettable view of the sea and the pool from the 11th floor. Amazing sunsets! Listen to the sound of the waves and the birds, from your high perch on the 11th floor.

Pool towels are provided. With luxury-grade linens and lightweight duvets, a large comfortable king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) can be separated into 2 smaller beds by removing the king-size mattress topper. The sofa can turn into a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with an extra mattress topper for comfort. The two areas turn into two bedrooms, separated by a large privacy curtain. Open the curtain and enjoy a stunning, large, luxurious apartment with the most amazing views. Take the elevator to go directly to the beach or to the exclusive private club with luxury pool, spa, restaurant, and bar (club has minimum consumption requirement).

Beautiful apartment and location

Nathalie’s place is absolutely perfect - fabulous terrace with outstanding views. Fantastic location on the seafront above a gorgeous beach that feels local and not over crowded at all unlike the other beaches nearby. Lots of amenities close by and some lovely walks. The apartment is stylish, super comfortable with absolutely everything you will possibly need and more. Thank you Nathalie it’s been a pleasure and we will be back.

It’s all about the balcony!!

Smallish studio apartment but comfortable bed and equipped with everything we needed. Amazing balcony overlooking the beach. Natalie was a marvellous host, responding to questions promptly before we arrived and meeting us at the apartment to hand over the keys. Nice area with plenty of good bars & restaurants. Excellent cheap bus service to get around the island. Do note that the apartment block itself does not have a pool. There is a pool at the adjacent the Kai Club which charges 35-50 minimum spend on food / drinks. The charge varies depending on the day of the week. We decided just to use the beach immediately outside the apartments instead - 2 sunbeds & brolly 10

Schönes Apartment direkt am Strand

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem schönen Apartment sehr genossen. An alles war gedacht. Wir sind sehr herzlich von Natalie empfangen worden. Am schönsten war der Blick aufs Meer und das Meeresrauschen . Mit dem Fahrstuhl ist man in 2 Minuten am Strand, wo man super baden kann.

Liebe Nathalie , vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Von der Anreise bis der Abreise war alles perfekt organisiert. Das Apartment befindet sich im elften Stock mit Balkon und wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und den Strand. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Apartment ist in einem Top-Zustand und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bei Bedarf regelt Nathalie denTransfer zum Flughafen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Amazing!!

Stayed here for a week and wished we could stay longer. The apartment is beautiful . Very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is the best we have ever seen and watching the sunset every evening was magical. The location is also brilliant. Close to the beach and lovely restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this place. If you want peace and a relaxing holiday this is the place to stay. Natalie kept in constant contact making sure we have everything we need. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Incredible views

We were profoundly satisfied with choosing this unit for our vacation. We were right at Oceanside with an incredible view of the beach and ocean. The apartment had all the amenities you could possibly want. Plush mattress, huge bathroom, and a balcony to kill for. The beach was not overcrowded and there were many restaurants within a very short walk to choose from. Our favorite was Cabo SurOeste on the first floor overlooking the beach and ocean with a delicious choice of foods and great service. Nathalie, the owner, ensured that everything was PERFECT. Our stay felt like a home away from home. We wanted to stay longer and hated leaving. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Apartment- Lovely Location- Amazing Views

Lovely apartment which has been beautifully renovated by its owner Nathalie. The Owner and her housekeeper, Lynne are both very attentive and ensure that you are really well looked after. Lynne will also provide a change of linen and towels at a moments notice which is a nice touch.. One of the things that is so important to us is a comfortable bed as we have a very expensive one at home!.... the bed here is amazing, supremely comfortable. Another thing that is important to us is that where we stay is quiet as we have visited some places and can hear a lot of noise from the apartment from above or outside...we did not encounter this problem here. The apartment has everything you need and that balcony and the views are absolutely lovely, even better than the pictures. Locally there are plenty of really good restaurants within easy walking distance (and also via a pleasant sea side stroll to Anfi) some located above Patalavaca so you can dine with panoramic views too. There are supermarkets very close for provisions and fresh bread in the morning, open 7 days a week. Although there is a beach club at the foot of the apartment building (minimum spend €40 pp)we used the beach right outside as there are comfortable sun beds and umbrellas for a very reasonable rate. The lovely resorts of Anfi, Puerto de Mogán and Meloneras are nearby and a ferry runs between Arguineguin and Mogán,if you fancy a trip on water rather than driving. Private secure parking is available at the apartment. We would highly recommend a stay here -we are going back in January next year - very much like a five star hotel but so much more relaxed and flexible.

Good view and a good location

We have some problem with the strong parfyme in the flat. Also the refrigator smells a lot. I have to put away the sticks from the bathroom.

Dear Gunnel, I am so sorry that you had a problem with the scented sticks in the bathroom. Most guests have commented how much they like them. It was a good idea of you to put them away. The refrigerator is only a few months old. I was in the apartment the day before with an inspector to have the apartment approved for a luxury collection and didn't notice anything unusual, the inspector didn't mention anything either. However, I will instruct my cleaning crew to pay closer attention to the fridge in the future. I hope you liked everything else. We do everything we can to bring perfection to our guests and will continue to do so. Our goal is to give everyone a luxurious experience.

Fantastic Holiday

Dear Nathalie, Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday, we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and couldn't have had a more perfect setting. The apartment is beautiful as are the views from the balcony, your attention to detail really made our holiday very special. We had a hire car so were able to explore the area, having visited several resorts along the coast we definitely think Patalavaca is the nicest. We also drove up into the mountains to Artenara, were the views were spectacular and you can visit the Ethnographic Museum and see how people lived in the caves. We ate out at several of the local restaurants and really enjoyed all the meals we had, our favorite was Valentino's were we had the Chateaubriand which was delicious. For added excitement we even tried parasailing at the watersports centre on Anfi beach, it was an amazing experience. Also we were lucky that as no-one was following us into the apartment Nathalie very kindly allowed us to have a later check-out time. We really appreciated this as we didn't need to be at the airport until late afternoon and it meant we could make the most of our last day and still have use of the apartment to change before travelling. Thank you once again for a marvellous holiday, we would definitely love to come again. Hugh and Meryl.

Luxurious and comfortable with sea view and sound of the sea

This pleasant apartment is modern furnished and lovely equipped. Spacious living room, king-size bed, new furniture and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped (f.e. dish washer, Nespresso machine, toaster in the kitchen; spacious shower, washing machine with tumble dryer, double washbasin in the bathroom). There was a welcoming bottle of Cava, the refrigerator was filled with water and milk, so you can enjoy the first impressions without having errands immediately. Very amazing: you see and listen to the sea from terrace and even from the cozy bed! By elevator you come directly to the quiet beach (a busier beach with tourist attractions is 10min walking distance far away). On the area you also find an exclusive beach club with spa (there you have to consume minimum €35,-). You find supermarkets and several restaurants within walking distance. You´ll never miss anything, because you are supported with lovely care and promptness!!

A luxury apartment without the price!

This is a newly renovated luxury apartment, directly on the beach! All materials and furnishings are top quality, including a new bed with firm mattress and high-end cotton linens with my choice of pillows and duvets. It's not often you get an apartment with a washer/dryer plus a dishwasher too!! The view from the terrace is stunning and has an equal view of the beach and the pool club. I had the option of lounging on the terrace, by the pool, or on the beach, whichever I was in the mood for...the whirlpool spa in the club was very relaxing after my flight to the island! The owner had set up the terrace with sliding glass doors, so it looked like a natural extension of the apartment. The glass panel along the overlook gave me a clear view out, no metal or wood railings, while remaining completely safe. I especially liked the awning being operated by a flip of a switch; I could set it to any position, with a completely silent electric motor, how nice! I was greeted with complimentary Cava (Spanish version of Champagne), water and milk, so I did not need to go shopping so urgently and I was pleased to find a pair of slippers and robe set aside in the large built-in closet, so I could go down the elevator to the beach without too much fuss about what I was wearing. The design was done very smartly: The TV is on the wall with an extension arm to allow viewing from many angles, even from bed while you sip your morning coffee or tea; The kitchen is modern with all new appliances, even an oven; The bathroom has double sinks and a large, lighted mirror, so there is plenty of space to set your things and share the space too. The shower is very spacious with two shower heads; one for rainfall, the other as a hand-held spray you can mount (both can work at the same time). I was impressed by the sofa; soft supple leather-like material and a bed pops up from underneath, an incredibly efficient way to use the space. The privacy curtain gives you the option to leave everything big open during the day and pull the curtain at night, for privacy and added darkness in the primary sleeping area. I can see how four people can sleep comfortably, since the curtain gives you the effect of two rooms and there are multiple beds. I especially enjoyed the sound of the ocean, it helped me to sleep better and longer! Ultimately, this was a pleasant surprise and greatly exceeded my expectations! I'll be coming back for this one!
