This suite was a convenient little stopover for me on a recent trip. Situated in close proximity to the local XNA airport. Had everything I needed and was very comfortable.

Comfortable room with private entrance in a beautiful neighborhood. Very pleased with stay and host. Would come again.
My son and I came to Arkansas to view the eclipse. This place was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay there again if I was staying in the area.
We always stay here when we go to concerts at the Amphitheater. It’s always comfortable and clean and the hosts are always friendly. It’s only 5 miles from the amphitheater and located in a beautiful neighborhood! Perfect for me and my son!
This property worked perfectly for me. Clean, attractive, and safe location. Private entry. Close to several area attractions. Check-in and check-out were easy, no problems getting in or out of the room. I enjoyed the outside table and chairs. Also appreciated having coffee each morning. I was very pleased with this booking and look forward to staying here regularly.
Checking in is easy. Comfy space. It's small, but it's perfect for a short stay.
You're in the county but close to Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. The country roads are lovely.
Be sure to visit Pastafina (an Italian restaurant right around the corner) when you stay here!
The location is perfect, beautiful & safe! It was close to the airport & the owner was very nice. I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again if I find myself in this part of AR again!
Our stay was great and it was perfect for my wife and I! It had many amenities, and it was a great value. We were thankful for the A/C unit, ceiling fan, comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave, and shower! The host was very considerate and accommodating!
We will try to come back to Bentonville and keep this one in mind! Thanks again Celeste!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Myself and my 2 teenagers were in the area for a track meet. It was perfect for a quick one night trip and very reasonably priced. We felt very safe and it was in a nice neighborhood.
Apologize up and down for not seeing the direction signs to the unit behind the garage as this is an ADU adjacent to the host home. I am red green color blind so I could not discern which coded door lock would allow me entry. Other than that it was a nice quiet stay for the night vs staying in a more expensive hotel. Thank you! Will certainly consider this option next time when visiting my daughter.
It was perfect for 1 or 2 people. It was clean. My needs were met. I felt safe coming and going after dark by myself. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. Very small but we really just needed a place to sleep a couple nights and this fit the bill. Only issue was we could have used a hook or two in the bathroom to hang up towels.

Disliked: Cleanliness
When we book a place to stay we look at 2 requirements. First, Cleanliness rating and no pets allowed. Second an outdoor place to sit. This property met both requirements. When we arrived at the suite and opened the door first thing we noticed was odor, the second thing we noticed is it had not been cleaned from last guest. The suite is within a few feet of the owner's home. Dogs were going crazy barking and jumping at the windows. We went outside to the courtyard and called VRBO. After going through all the automations I was finally able to talk to someone in person. We had printed out the information that Expedia had sent us, but the owner's contact info was not on it. So I waited online while they attempted to call her. She didn't answer. They messaged her and she didn't answer. She arrived at home and we told her the room wasn't cleaned. She went inside her home and come out with a pile of sheets in her hands. She said she would clean it. We left to go eat. Came back after she called and said she had cleaned. The room had a musty stinky odor. There was an outside space to sit with chairs. So we sit outside but the dogs, just feet away in house, did not quit barking and jumping against windows. The choice was dog barking nonstop or stinky room. About dark the dogs quit barking. It was a long miserable night.
While the property was certainly beautiful, I was disappointed with a few aspects. When I arrived, I had not received any code for the private entrance and was told by Celeste that it was on the site where I had reserved the room. Now back home, I rechecked the site - no code. I felt like I was imposing when I had to knock on her door to check-in. They state they provide coffee, but fail to mention no sugar or creamer - what? Went and bought some. Never could get WIFI, and although they advertise a smart TV - nothing except a few programs were free. A tornado hit the area my second night - without having live TV, I did not not know the severity until the next morning, no one came to make sure I took cover for safety - even though they were in the house right next to me. From 12:30 a.m. on, there was no electricity - obviously they are not responsible for the tornado, but not even an offer for a candle or flashlight. I ended up leaving not being able to shower in the dark. I opened the blinds to the "private courtyard" to have some light while I packed and dressed and looked up and Celeste husband was standing in front of the window. The "private courtyard" obviously is not private. But outside of that, everything was great.
