Kathy, It is the homeowner's mission to provide a 5-star experience for all their guests, and we are disappointed that this property was not a fit for you. After sharing your feedback they would like to clarify the following: Owner's response: "Kathy, we were shocked to receive such a low rating from you, we have had dozens of guests with nothing less than a 5-star review. We strive to please all of our guests and meet all expectations. - When you reached out before your arrival you mentioned that you didn't notice you booked for a queen-size bed but that you would make it work. You also asked if anything in the living room converts to a bed. We did mention that the couch in the living area folds out into a twin-size bed. We also advised you we have an inflatable twin mattress and extra bedding if you want to use that. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, the queen size is a firmer mattress as opposed to a soft mattress. We're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. - The bathroom is a comfortable size for a little house. It has a full-size shower as well as a full-size toilet and the vanity has some counter space around the sink. The vanity has double doors to help with extra supplies that a guest might have. - If you could not get the TV to work we wish you had reached out we would have been happy to help. We are on-site 24/7 and always available for our guests. - The name of our rental property is "The Lit'l house", it is listed as 400 sq ft and has a good layout. The photos in the listing depict the size of the unit very well, we don't advertise anything that is not offered. We have had numerous guests who have loved our little house. - Our Lit'l house is in a historic district of Rogers, Arkansas. Some of the homes are older but most are remodeled and in good condition. This is a safe beautiful neighborhood with kind and welcoming neighbors. We are one street away from a major traffic street, however, there is a large building that acts as a barrier to the traffic noise. The house is very well-insulated and has good windows. We have had many guests who have mentioned how quiet and peaceful the house is. - We do not advertise a dining area in the home, and as seen in the photos there is outside seating. We also provide nice TV trays for your convenience.Our goal is for every guest that stays at the LIt'l house to have a great experience! We will continue to strive for excellence. We will use this as a learning experience to make our Lit'l house more accommodating in the future. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."
