Cozy studio retreat in beautiful Spanish Fork neighborhood
Welcome to our basement studio! Our beautifully remodeled guest studio is the perfect setup for those traveling to Utah to visit family, friends, attend a special event at one of the nearby venues, or just popping through on their way to their final destination! With your own entrance you'll have privacy in your own space that includes a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, all kitchen essentials and a full bathroom with a tub and shower stocked with premier shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath salts! Every detail is meant to make your stay comfortable and be a home away from home! Please note that you are in a basement studio in primary home to 14 feet and 12 paws! You will hear muffled noise, barks, possible tears but hopefully way more laughter! Also furniture and decor is subject to change depending on the season you visit.

The owners of the home are Jake and Becky! Jake grew up in Utah County and Becky in Brevard County in Florida. They both lost their spouses late 2020 to cancer. They met online and Becky, kiddos, and fur baby in tow moved from Nashville to Spanish Fork 4 years ago. Their blended family of 8 and 4 fur babies has been a brady bunch house ever since! They have been hosts since 2025 and love every minute of it! They have 2 properties in Spanish Fork and love creating memorable experiences for their guests! They want them to really have a home away from home on their travels.
Why they chose this property
Becky joined Jakes neighborhood shortly after moving to Utah- in fact literally right next door to Jakes home he built with his late wife and where their kids were raised until 2023! The neighborhood is full of wonderful people and some of the best mountain views!
