Adventure Awaits is an 1,812 sq foot, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floorplan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

It was close enough to enjoy our company, yet we could retreat to our own large space if needed. The Ledges are close to nature (Snow Canyon, Quail Creek) to enjoy the outdoors and close enough to town to enjoy restaurants or other activities. Our home was well appointed, clean and bright. There were just enough amenities to keep us busy without being overwhelmed. Would love to stay again.

Great Place

Best place for a girls trip!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was so clean, well stocked and decorated. It was more like staying at a girlfriends house than a rental! The beds and linens are amazingly comfortable we slept like girls on vacation away from their kids! We definitely want to come back here.

Wonderful vacation at The Ledges

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The decor was beautiful, the place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and furniture was so comfortable. We loved hanging out on the upper deck at night. We also really enjoyed the pool and the pickle ball courts. This place was so close to Snow Canyon which has incredible hiking. Loved it here!
