House Policy: Marsh Island Retreat is designed for relaxing coastal getaways and accommodates a maximum of 6 registered guests. To preserve the peaceful setting for guests and neighbors, the home is not available for parties, weddings, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, or other events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Occupancy limits and house policies are part of the Rental Agreement, and any violations are subject to the terms outlined in that agreement.

Marsh Island Retreat is intended for relaxing coastal vacations and is not available for parties, weddings, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, or other events.

Please be a good neighbor by observing quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and complying with all local ordinances.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.

Beach Notice: Sand renourishment work is scheduled nearby from mid-August through mid-September 2026. The beach will remain open, though some construction activity, equipment, and temporary access adjustments may be present.
