• A gorgeous SANDY BEACH that is an amazing place to soak in the sun and play in the water. There is a bamboo fence for privacy as we share the end of the cove with one neighbor.

• Bring your own boat or rent one. Boat ramp is right around the corner of the cove, with easy access to our dock (Old Federal Day Park). I have information on boat rentals in the area I can give you. One company will bring the boat to the dock if you rent the boat for 2 or more days!

•Two inside wood burning fireplaces located on the upstairs main living area and in the master bedroom, ready for those romantic evenings.

The game area is a vibrant mix of nostalgia and modern leisure, providing an array of activities from the life-size Connect 4 and Jenga to a large selection of board games, puzzles, and cards stored in a well-stocked bookcase. It's a space dedicated to joy, competition, and the simple pleasures of play.


Kitchen

Our kitchen is a cook's dream, designed for both the passionate chef and the casual cook. Warm wooden cabinetry and ample kitchen amenities blend to create a space that’s both functional and inviting. The spacious granite countertop with vibrant orange bar stools adds a pop of color and is perfect for casual dining or sipping your morning coffee made from the fully equipped coffee bar (on site drip coffee maker and Keurig, filters, coffee, sweetener, creamers). The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with high-quality culinary tools and cookware, including All-clad pans, ZENKO Fusion Japanese Knives, crock pot, tea kettles, large variety of condiments/oils/spices, etc.; ensuring you have everything you need to create delicious meals.
