This open and inviting coastal charmer allows for a relaxing retreat after a day of fun in the sun. Enjoy a living area with plush furnishings, including a tucked-away Murphy bed, a compact kitchen with granite countertops and updated appliances, and a nicely appointed dining area. There are TVs in both the living area and bedroom, and free WiFi throughout the condo.



Bring the provided beach chairs and towels down to the shore each morning, and sleep soundly each evening in a primary bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom offering a granite vanity sink and a bathtub.



The Sea Breeze is a Gulf-front property with a heated beachside swimming pool, an oversize hot tub, a bocce court, a grilling patio, and direct access to the beautiful beach. Madeira Beach, affectionately known as Mad Beach, meanwhile, is a unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community, and tourist destination. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Although a one bedroom, it is spacious and accommodated 4 people very well. Besides the bed in the bedroom, there is a pull out couch and a Murphy bed which allows for options. The balcony has direct views of the beach and sunset, with pollywood chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking essentials. The grounds are well kept, a nice pool, and we were always able to snag a chair or lounger. With beach front access, getting to the water is easy. The bedroom closet has all you need: toys, cooler, umbrellas, etc. We love Madeira Beach and Pass-a-Grille, and nearby Candy Kitchen is a tradition for our visits. Would definitely stay here again as the hosts were very responsive and the entire process was seamless.

It was a perfect location for watching the world go by and relaxing! We were able to see a few manatees float by and several dolphins! We loved the location to restaraunts! If you want to cook your own fresh seafood there is a fish market across the street! The facility was quiet and the beach was not crowded! We would definitely rent again!

My friend and I booked and stayed at this beautiful condo from 8/8/26 thru 8/15/26. Booking was a breeze, the host answered all of my questions within minutes. Clear instructions were given and what to do if we had an issue. We wanted to stay someplace that was directly on the beach without having to load the car and drive to the beach. I could not have asked for a better location! The property was exactly as described in the pictures, The property itself was immaculately kept and very clean! We felt so comfortable and safe the first day we arrived. Everything has a code to get in and that was refreshing. The inside of the condo was very well stocked and we had everything we needed! King bed was very comfy, we never needed to use the murphy bed or the pull out couch. Furniture was very comfortable and the floor was so easy to keep clean! Extra towels, sheets, beach towels, beach toys and chairs...it was all there! The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was perfect! The view from the balcony of the early morning while the birds came out to fly over the ocean was beautiful and calm, having coffee on the balcony could not have been more perfect! Even better was the sunset view at the end of the day! Only issue we had was connecting to WiFi but we didn't contact the host. it was nice to NOT have it! I would highly recommend unit 705 and look forward to going again! Thank you so much to the host for making our stay PERFECT! It was a FIVE STAR STAY!

Very nice condo. Great location and has all needed amenities. Suggest adding new pillows. We never received a parking pass from VRBO! On site, maintenance man doubles as parking enforcer! He noted who we were, gave us a makeshift parking pass, so we wouldn’t get towed!

Spring Break 2025
