The Space:

This stylish condo features all-new furnishings, high-end appliances, and light-filled interiors with 10’ ceilings. With private balconies on each floor, your rental offers the perfect spot to watch the dolphins play while enjoying the gulf breezes.



After a fun-filled day at the beach, unwind in the gorgeous downstairs living area. Mix a drink at the wet bar and gather at the table for four, or relax on the sectional and watch the 55” TV. Huge glass doors open right onto the Intracoastal Waterway, where a patio has lounge seating for six, as well as access to the private dock. Upstairs, the main living area is furnished with a comfy couch and another 55” TV. The room opens to a covered balcony, where a dining table for six offers more lovely views of the waterway. The sleek kitchen features white granite countertops and a center island. Gleaming stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher and electric stove/oven. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with six upholstered chairs.

Property is excellent and in a great area with everything in walking distance. Children loved fishing from the dock and we even had a visit from dolphins right in front of the property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Scenic Peaceful Family Holiday

The property was as explained. Beautiful pool area that had sun almost all day long! Plenty of room for our party of 6. Enjoyed watching dolphins swimming from our balcony and dock Fun ping pong table in the basement. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go - the Pier, Marina, Beach, main shopping area, Clearwater aquarium and lots of restaurants.

This was a decent place. Great location within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful sunrises. Also having the garage to park in was nice.Not a home for those with mobility difficulties as is two staircases and first floor is only an entry/hang out area. Three balconies overlook the water and the view is pretty nice all parts of the day.Kitchen is minimally stocked and only one load worth and two dishwasher loads of soap is provided. Also did not like having to email pictures of all of our drivers licenses for the HOA.

Wonderful views of the Bay with 3 Balconies and great amenities!

Loved everything about this home! Worked perfectly for our trip, huge kitchen that was open to the main living area and views. Additional space was nice for everyone to have extra room if needed. Just a short walk to the beach, very helpful there was extra beach gear we could use and beach towels so we didn't have to bring any.

Very short walk to the beach with an excellent neighborhood. Had a couple very small and easy issues however Cameron took care of us. Would recommend this location for family’s with kids. Even got to see dolphins in the bay right in front of us!

Great place for our family trip to wedding in Clearwater

The team were helpful and communicative. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Close to everything, but quiet and peaceful. The location, pool and water views made this a great spot to really relax and enjoy our time in Clearwater Beach.
