E T Hotels & Resorts is a local Oceanside partnership. E & T began their partnership at the same time as The Hotel del Oso Dorado became a reality in December 2020. It was a dream come true for both "E" and "T" to have their first baby "Boutique - Hotel Oso Dorado - Close to Beach". Their baby hosted it's first guest in January of 2021 and have been living the dream ever since. In 2025 the City of Oceanside decided to change the rules of Short Term Rentals. The Hotel Oso Dorado had to adjust to the new standards and has became a Mid Term Rental with a 31 day minimum. We look forward to serving a new customer base with the same 5 Star Service as Always and it is our Pleasure to serve the community housing needs, Thank you E T Hotels & Resorts
