Nestled in Burnet TX, this waterfront property with access to majestic Lake LBJ and beautiful Inks Lake offers a beautiful NEW home with plenty of space for guests to relax and unwind.

Five bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and a TV, including four king beds and eight bunk beds. There’s room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The Master bedroom is on the first floor for easy access. Six bathrooms, five with refreshing showers make mornings easy and convenient. The lovely interior keeps guests cozy with beautiful views and thoughtful touches. There are two balconies, one with an outdoor grill, that overlook a heated pool and fire pit both perfect for when the nights turn chilly. During those hot summer days, a private dock provides easy access, with an upper level for fishing or simply lounging in the sun. If you're looking to play games or just unwind, you'll find a pool table that converts to a ping pong table along with an 85" TV in our large game room on the second floor. Never miss a work-out as the home is equipped with a NordicTrack treadmill and all-in-one RitFit home gym.

Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this beautiful NEW home provides a welcoming retreat. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember.

Experience the ultimate getaway at this large NEW two-story house with five bedrooms and plenty of amenities to keep you and your guests entertained day and night.

INSIDE

This home’s open concept living area connects to the formal dining area, perfect for entertaining. Cooks can whip up a delicious meal in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The formal dining table offers seating for up to 10 guests. Just past the dining area is the laundry room.

An outdoor table offers seating for 6 just off of the kitchen and 6 barstools are placed around the kitchen island bar. A small guest bathroom is located behind the main dining area.

The downstairs living area offers a large sectional couch, 80" TV and a simulated fireplace to warm you on cool evenings.

In the upstairs game room, curl up on the large sectional sofa to watch your favorite movie on the 80" flat-screen TV or challenge someone to a game of pool or ping pong.

OUTSIDE

Both the downstairs and upstairs balconies provide stunning views of the swimming pool and water. Downstairs, a propane BBQ grill and outdoor dining table with seating for up to 8 invite you to enjoy the view while enjoying your delicious meal.

Just past the pool, stairs lead down to backyard’s second level containing the fire pit. You’ll also have access to the two-story boat dock perfect for enjoying morning coffee, sunbathing or simply fishing off the top deck.
