Find great attractions nearby, including the Museum of Coastal Carolina, The Swamp Park - Zip Line and ATV Center, Ingram Planetarium, Sunset Beach Town Park, Shallotte Township Park, and Mulberry Park.

This grand, water-view home offers great outdoor living and entertainment with a private outdoor pool in an enclosed pool area. Spend lazy evenings sunbathing by the pool or enjoying its refreshing waters after a terrific day exploring the area's hiking trails or beaches. The home also boasts an enclosed outdoor shower where you can easily rinse off all that sand. Both decks enjoy great views of the pool, plenty of seating options, and even an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool.

You will discover a spacious and bright open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Wall-to-wall windows flood this space with endless natural light. Kick your feet up and unwind on the extensive sofa after a refreshing swim in the pool and stream your favorite series and movies on the large smart TV with streaming services. The gorgeous chef's kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the group. Find two full-size refrigerators, two dishwashers, a dual oven with a stove, a built-in microwave, and everything you need to channel your inner chef. This level features three bedrooms, each with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom.

The upper floor enjoys a welcoming family room with a huge smart TV, a nice table in the corner, a foosball table, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge, sink, and Keurig coffee maker. A designated laundry room with two sets of washers/dryers will help you with your laundry during your stay. On this level, you will also discover five bedrooms, each one with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom.

Lovely view of the ICW and an easy walk to public beach access! Plenty of room for eight people to enjoy each other’s company without living on top of each other.

The house itself is in a great location. Being on the end means very little traffic. The dock is great for fishing and just watching the boats pass in the intercoastal waterway. It's also just a short drive from the island point which makes for a great day on the beach. We look forward to visiting again.

Two opinions

Loved the house layout and location but the furniture was not good inside or out. It was not cleaned well before we got there. Kitchen is well stocked.
