Complete with views of the tidal marsh from the private screened porch, this lovely 3BR/2BA home is an ideal choice for your coastal getaway. Spend sunny days on the shore, conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from home.

Unwind in the living area, which offers seating for the group and a large Smart TV (Guests are encouraged to bring owe Roku stick, firestick, etc.). The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Keep the chef company at the three-person kitchen island. When meals are ready, the table seats six.

This home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoy the coastal breeze on the screened porch, which presents views of the tidal marsh. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days.

This wonderfully located home is a 4-minute stroll from the coastline. Nearby attractions include the Ocean Crest Fishing Pier, the Environmental Overlook Trail, and the historic village of Southport.

Nicely decorated, and the living area was perfect for our family of 8. The seating was so comfortable, and it was very easy to visit and enjoy each other. The location of this house is good. It was in our favorite area of the beach not to close to the pier, and not too far to the end of the island, but the walk to the public beach access was a little further away than expected.

Great communication and even better home!

We had a few hiccups when we first arrived but the team quickly made things right! Plenty of parking and we loved the 3 porch options! The kitchen is stocked with all the necessity’s! We come every year memorial weekend and this has been one of the best trips we’ve taken! They came and took trash to the road for us on trash days! We have no bad things to say!

The house was very nice. The refrigerator was old, but works. The beds were all comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was low. The house was clean, but it seemed like the front porch needs to be replaced and I know roaches are common-but finding them in your bedroom when you are going to bed is not fun.

Family Gathering

Loved the location. Loved the layout. Check in and check out very easy. Clean linens waiting on us when we arrived. Kitchen was a little dated and kitchen supplies had no organization. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Multiple burnt out lightbulbs. Front handrail is loose as are several of the porch pickets. Outdoor shower was great.

Very disappointed, air conditioning wasn’t working,We had to clean refrigerator,door blinds fell off

Very disappointed, since we checked in on a 1st day 4pm air conditioner wasn’t working so I was trying to reach a management and host but no one picked up a phone or txt me or email me back until 10pm , Me and my wife sent emails, txt, I was calling different numbers and stayed on hold for 45min -1 hr, only after 10 pm some one replayed me and I got call back at 10.40 pm they was saying that all maintenance is not on site so they found one from different state and it will take another 40-50 min to get him to our property!We was sitting outside and waiting because inside was like a hell and no one couldn’t sleep ! Finally he came and fix everything around 12 pm, right after he turned on thermostat shows 98 ,we had kids and old people with us , could you imagine being without air conditioning after long travel ! Also next day I was cleaning the refrigerator because it was dirty, when my grandpa open a back door blind fell off and almost hit him ! Many many things! Last 8 years we always going on the vacation to Holden Beach but this is a first time we have so much problem! I’m sorry but we stayed there for 1 week and paid decent amount of money, all those things shouldn’t be happening! Not recommended!
