Welcome to our oasis luxury dublex appartment in Hurghada-Red Sea! Located in Al Ahyaa (El Fayrouz ) district. The place is perfect for a big family on holiday get aways! The district is very popular among many water sports enthusiastics, this is mainly due to the many extensive sandbanks in combination with shallow crystal clear water. El Gouna (Egyptian Venice) only 10 min away by car. The airport is 15-20 min away as well. Uber is very common in the area and very cheap to use.

The master bedroom includes a private bath/shower combo.

Each bathroom is stocked with towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and toilet paper.

The duplex villa is perfectly located in a second-row complex, offering quick access to two private beaches and one free beach:

Turtle Beach – 2 minutes’ walk (entry 300 LE)

Royal Beach Resort – 5 minutes’ walk (entry 300 LE)

Free Beach – next to Turtle Beach

Paid beach access usually includes sunbeds, umbrellas, swimming pools, and toilets.
Both private beaches feature restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything is within walking distance from the villa: fruit markets, coffee shops, restaurants, a gym, pharmacy, and the Drinkies liquor store.
With a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby, you’ll never run out of things to do.

Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested for an extra charge.

Q: Do you have cleaning supplies?
Yes, cleaning supplies are available in the kitchen along with a dustpan and broom.

Q: Can I request an early check-in or late checkout?
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. During the high season, it may be more difficult due to cleaning schedules.

Q: Do you provide beach chairs, towels, or toys?
We provide beach towels, but please bring your own chairs and toys.

Q: Do I have to clean before I check out?
No, you’re on vacation!
We only ask you:
Treat the property with care
Empty the garbage
Remove items from the refrigerator
Leave used towels on the floor

Q: Can I smoke in the apartment or on the balcony?
No smoking is allowed inside.
However, smoking is permitted on the balcony.
If smoking is detected inside, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to remove odors.
Q: Are kitchen utensils provided?
Yes, the kitchen includes all basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. We also provide a few garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, sponge, and kitchen towels.

Q: Where do I put my trash?
Please place your trash outside the apartment door.

Q: Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, breakfast is available for $15 per person, served from 7:00–10:00 AM.
We recommend reserving the night before.

Check-In Options

We offer two convenient ways to check in:

In-person check-in:
If the host is available, we’ll personally greet you upon arrival and give you a quick tour of the apartment.

Self check-in:
If we’re unavailable at the time of your arrival, we’ll send you an access code for the key lockbox located by the door.

Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Welcome!
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM so we can prepare for the next guests.
There’s a $100 refundable deposit upon arrival and will be returned at check-out if everything’s in good shape.
All reservations made at White Lions Villa are non-refundable and non-changeable. It is essential to carefully consider your plans before making a reservation.
Extra guests: $45 per person, per night.

No smoking inside, but you’re welcome to smoke on the balcony.
