Welcome to “The 19th Hole,” your ultimate Sunriver escape perched on the 18th tee box of The Woodlands golf course, with sweeping views of the greens and a peaceful lake. Surrounded by mature trees, long sawgrass, and natural stone steps, this inviting home is all about comfort, connection, and outdoor adventure.



Step inside to a spacious, light-filled layout with vaulted ceilings, rich wood accents, and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the stunning outdoors in. The sunken living room is the heart of the home, boasting a plush sectional, smart TV, decorative fireplace, and dramatic floor-to-ceiling corner windows overlooking the golf course. Step out onto the elevated deck or lower patio, where rolling lounge chairs, an umbrella-shaded dining table, a private hot tub, and both propane and Blackstone grills invite you to unwind and savor the scenery.



The sleeping arrangements are ideal for families or groups. The primary King suite is a true sanctuary—accessed by stepping down from the living room—with a smart TV, sitting area, private deck access, and floor-to-ceiling windows for full golf course views. The ensuite bath includes a dual vanity, oversized walk-in shower, and a generous walk-in closet. A second King suite sits just right of the entry, offering its own ensuite bath and walk-in glass shower. The country-western inspired Queen bedroom features a mounted TV, dresser, and two nightstands, while the playful bunk room has two built-in bunkbeds (four twins), each with USB outlets, a teepee fort, and a TV—perfect for kids. A shared hallway bath with a tub/shower combo, a separate laundry room with sink, and a half bath off the main entry add to the home’s comfort and convenience.



The oversized driveway and two-car garage offer plenty of parking, an EV charger, ping pong table, dartboard, workbench, five adult bikes and one children’s bike, plus outdoor toys and cornhole for endless fun.

Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check-in, with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.)





Sunriver, is known as a "resort town" in Central Oregon and is regularly referred to as "Sunriver resort". However this term refers to the community of properties in the Sunriver region located in Sunriver proper, the town. The company "Sunriver Resort" is a separate entity, and our properties are not connected to, nor a part of the company.

Sunriver, Oregon is the Pacific Northwest's premier recreational and vacation destination since 1968, located about fifteen miles south of Bend in Central Oregon on the eastern side of the Deschutes River at the base of the Cascade Range, offering up to 300 days of sunshine each year! All of our Sunriver homes offer touring bikes for our guests to enjoy the 35+ miles of paved biking and walking paths. Relax and spend a day on the several golf courses and two of our homes reside on the Woodlands course. Mt Bachelor and Bend are located only 30 minutes aware for trips to mountain experiences year round, or shopping and brew tours! There's something for everyone in Sunriver, Oregon from amazing amenities provided in our homes to fun things to see and do throughout the Central Oregon area.

Interaction with Guests:

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.



We follow the CDC and Airbnb Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.
