At this superb secluded house you’ll find a large hot tub, fire pit , bbq and deck in the backyard for you, your family and friends to enjoy under the stars.
It features 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds and 2 queen beds. A game room with pool table and dart board. This enchanting property offers a comfortable stay for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms with showers, smart tv’s in the bedrooms , a fitness room/Peleton bike, heating & AC.
Lots of boards games and outdoor space to play, basketball hoop too !! We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.

Absolutely beautiful home and property. Great location, close to town but with great privacy! The outdoor space and hot tub were our oasis on this trip. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome house! A great kitchen, sitting area, dining room and bedrooms. Just 3 minutes away from Placerville's cute and historical downtown. Highly recommend.
