We’ve owned our properties since 2006. We have another home in the area because we love it so much. We are originally from Newport Beach, California and believe the East Cape is one of the most beautiful spots in the world.
Why they chose this property
We chose this area for the location near the best serve brakes in all of Los Cabos in the serenity of being off the grid and close to town, but not in the thick of it. We are 100% guard gated 24 seven.
What makes this property unique
We are the only community that has access to Punta Perfecta. Private Oceanfront community —the beach is public, but it’s very hard to access. Most of the times you have the beach all to yourself.
