Discover this brilliant 2-bedroom gem in Cornville. Located in the beautiful Green belt, Verde Valley of Arizona. This charming 45' recreational vehicle features 1 queen bed, 2 twin bed in a private loft, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, kitchen to cook meals, dining room, bathroom with a large shower. With heating, AC, Fireplace, and all the amenities guests will need for a tremendous stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays, solo travelers, couples, families, friends to make your holiday one to remember. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy the beautiful night sky by the firepit, or outdoor dining to be out in nature. There are blackout shades and curtains if you need to sleep during the day or like to sleep in. Feel like a fancy coffee take a stroll down to the Brewha restaurant, they are amazing. Feel like some live music next door to the Brewha is The Robber's Roost, play pool or dance and enjoy the music. Downtown Cottonwood is only a 10 minute drive with quaint shops, great restaurants like Bocce's, Tavern Grille, many others. We are known for our wineries, Golf, Museums, Hiking, Festivals, attractions and many more. In Cornville we are centrally located to Cottonwood, Sedona, Clarkdale, Camp Verde, Jerome, and Rimrock. Each town is very unique and has so many activities. We hope that you come and visit us real soon, we would love to be your host's.

My husband Bill and I moved to Arizona in the summer of 2024 from San Diego. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We love the small town country life here in Cornville. We were host's in Ca for almost 9 years, we rented 2 bedrooms in our private home. We loved it, met people from all over the world and made lifetime friends. We missed hosting so we decided to turn our fifth wheel into a short term rental. We enjoy traveling to see family, sports, being grandparents, Fitness and Gardening.
Why they chose this property
Coming from California we had to have green surroundings not just sand and cactus. Our neighborhood has mature green trees and grass, it's considered the greenbelt. Cornville is at 3300 Ft, so it doesn't get as hot here in the summer as Phoenix area. We have gotten snow here. Amazing neighbors, everything that you need is within a 10-15 minute drive or closer without freeways or traffic. There are so many things to do here and see. Just to name a few, Hiking, Wineries, Shopping, Amusement attractions, Great Restaurants, Stargazing, 15 minutes to Sedona, 45 minutes to Flagstaff, 50 minutes to Prescott.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because it is private, secluded, quiet, serene, it's like a park setting with the lush green surroundings. In the winter the grass goes dormant and some of the trees lose their leaves. We do have the four seasons here. We have wildlife come through our property like Deer and Foes. Beautiful to see!!
