Apartment was quick walk to the T which made getting around easy, some good restaurants near by and some mini marts.

Why they chose this property

Jeffries Point is a quiet bedroom neighborhood across the Massachusetts Bay, directly across from Downton Boston. The skyline views, sunsets, and fresh sea air were a daily gift when I lived in the apartment. Tons of local restaurants are within walking distance, while the T is only a block or so away and lets you access the rest of the city. A ferry runs from beautiful Piers Park, a short walk from the front door, that will take you across the bay and into the Aquarium section of Downtown.

What makes this property unique

I loved living in the property for years. This means that all the little details are there: actual art that I love, interior design meant to make living there comfortable (it won't feel like a hotel, because it isn't!), all the kitchen tools needed to make a real meal and a decent stereo to listen to music while you cook. Other livable details like power strips where you need them, a generous coatrack, cordless vacuum, etc.
