About this property

Family Friendly Condo w private HOT TUB~Minutes from the Slopes

The Vail Heath house has undergone a complete make-over. From hardwood floors in the main living space, to a new kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops, we've tried to think of everything. It is a multi-level condo featuring a master bedroom (king size bed) and bathroom on the top floor, and two bedrooms (one queen size bedroom and one bunk room with two sets of bunks) and bathroom on the main floor. A floor to ceiling stone fireplace centers the main living space, and the fully renovated kitchen with seating for the whole family completes the open floor plan. The patio off the back , set up with strings of overhead patio lights, includes a gas grill and a HotSprings Spa Tub with seating for 7.

Cozy Vail stay

A great well equipped vacation home with easy shuttle service into Vail, Lions Head and the ski slopes. The house slept 6 of us comfortably. We loved the fireplace and the cozy living room. The kitchen had anything you could possibly need. We loved our stay!

Great Location and Accommodations

Very clean and well laid out condo. Great for cooking (the best stocked kitchen yet) and hanging out and the hot tub is phenomenal after a great day on the mountain. The owner was super responsive and a true pleasure to deal with. The ski storage is a great feature and the boot warmer was used daily! Thank you for a great stay and we look forward to coming back!

Ski week visiting family

We had a fantastic stay, visiting our daughters, who are working at Vail. Condo was spotless on our arrival, everything was exactly as described & when it snowed, the front steps & back deck(for access to hot tub) were promptly shoveled. The bus stop into Vail village is an easy 5 min walk & on schedule. We look forward to another stay next year!

Great house for Vail skiing trip

It was a reunion trip with my college roommate, with our kids. The house has a very Merry Xmas setting, with everything needed being provided. The house is clean. Taking west vail green bus was not bad, a shortcut is to park our car at the park then walk to Grand Hyatt lift from the park trail. We are already thinking about coming back.

The accommodations inside were fine. The outside was not usable due to construction in front and back of property. We could not use outdoor space due to back hoe doing drainage ditch and front stripping deck. We only found out on arrival.

Amazing Cozy Home in West Vail

We stayed in this beautiful property for two weeks at the holidays. Everything about the home was wonderful. The Heath’s have provided thoughtful amenities for everything. Our favorite things about this rental: comfortable beds with high quality linens and pillows, beautiful and comfortable living room furnishings, the gorgeous fireplace, the wonderful hot tub (with beach towels provided!) and the fully stocked kitchen. Most days we drove the ten minutes to the mountain but did utilize the convenient bus several times. I cannot recommend this unit more highly. It is outstanding!!

Had a great time staying here for a wedding, the hottub was so nice to relax in at the end of the day. Very clean, the organization and labeling of all the kitchen item is unmatched! We did cook most of the time we were here and having a full kitchen was awesome. Beds were all very comfortable and the upstairs master suite was so relaxing. Would totally stay here again!

We loved our stay here. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed, plenty of space for ski equipment as well. Location was a short walk to the Vail shuttle. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has been in my family for over 30 years, and now it's my turn to pass down our tradition of skiing the Vail mountain with my family. With several major renovations to the condo, we hope we have created the perfect location for you and your family/friends to create years of memories.

Why they chose this property

The location of this rental couldn't be better...unless of course you can afford to actually be ON the mountain, and that's exactly why we couldn't let it leave our family. Being only steps from the shuttle bus, or a quick drop off to the Cascade lifts, you can be to the top of the mountain within 10 minutes of leaving our door.

What makes this property unique

We've tried to think of everything: floor to ceiling stone fireplace, giant flatscreen TVs w Blueray DVD players, large entry way to put on all that ski equipment, a newly renovated kitchen with all your basics needs, and best of all, a 7 PERSON HOT TUB to relax those muscles.
