This newly-built home is conveniently located adjacent to the underground parking access for ease in loading/unloading your luggage and gear. When you arrive, you will step onto the heat-traced walkways and open your front door. Welcome to your beautiful mountain getaway! This 1370 sq. ft home is just steps away from one of the two large community hot tubs. At the entrance, you will find a mudroom with a secure ski closet for your gear. The property features a fully-appointed, modern kitchen with granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, and new furnishings throughout. The living room includes a new 40” flat screen TV with DVD player, with additional flat screen TVs in all bedrooms.
The upstairs master bedroom and living room both offer decks with views, and a gas fireplace. In the living room, you will find a dining area for 6, as well as barstools for another 3.
