We were happy with the condo and amenities. There was plenty of room and bed space for everyone. The views of the beach and bay are great and it was easy in and out from check-in to check-out. The only real issue we had was that we had to move the sofa at one point and it was clear that it had been quite some time since the area below the sofa had been swept or vacuumed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

I was very impressed with the property it was clean, and the space was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the balconies and the ocean view. The bunk beds worked so well for my little people that traveled with me. They had so much fun all sleeping in the same room and to top it off they had their own bathroom, which was a bonus. I plan to stay there again on my next O.C. trip

All 3 of the bedrooms have their own balcony with a superb view of the ocean or the bay. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and were all clean and very user friendly. The central a/c works great. There is a trash shoot just a few steps from your front door which is super convenient . There is ample seating for family dining and watching a movie in the family room.

The condo was very clean upon check in. There were complimentary starter packs of shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tab, and trash bags. They also started you off with a roll of paper towels and toilet paper in each bathroom. Each bedroom and the living room had access to a balcony (either ocean facing or street facing) since it is an end unit. The beds were very comfortable. The ocean and bay views from the seventh floor were amazing. Since it is the off season, there was plenty of parking, and they weren't concerned with sticking to the assigned space. The host sent several welcoming messages with information and codes for the unit as well as the pool gate codes.

Great location. Loved that there was an outdoor pool and kids pool. Tiki bar was a plus. The unit itself was nice and clean but needs a little bit of attention. The vertical blinds were falling off and cracked. Panels were falling off. There weren’t enough linens, specifically towels and washcloths for everyone staying there and when I requested them, there was no response. The bunk beds probably need some WD40 to reduce the squeaking noises. The main bedroom bathroom shower had some permanent rust stains. Although these things added up, we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Just needs a bit of updating and repair work.
