Welcome to our cozy beach townhouse just 3 miles from Bethany Beach! This home offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, nestled in a quiet community with a community pool, tennis/pickleball courts, and cornhole. Conveniently located near the beach, nature preserves and golf, the Bethany and Ocean View area offers tons of attractions including local restaurants, breweries, galleries, shops, mini golf and ice cream.

This home comes fully furnished to offer the best getaway at Bethany Beach - perfect for a family or friends beach trip. Enjoy your morning coffee and a book in the sunroom, play games, or stream a show on the smart tv in the open living space. WiFi is available throughout the entire unit. The open concept design allows you to cook meals in the kitchen while not missing out on quality time with family/friends in other areas throughout the main level.

Located at the top of the stairs, the 2 bedrooms are connected with a jack and jill bathroom. Both bedrooms have ample closet space. The first bedroom hosts a queen bed, while the second has a queen and a twin bed. A queen size sleeper sofa is located downstairs for an additional sleeping option.

Seven guests maximum allowed - there are beds for 7 people including the queen sleeper sofa bed.

Bath towels, bed linens, blankets, pillows, toiletries and other basic amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. are provided. Basic kitchen amenities (salt/pepper, cooking oil, coffee, dish soap, dishwasher pods) are provided, but we recommend bringing extra items or personal preferences if you would like. A washer and dryer is also located in the unit with detergent provided.

Access to the entire home except two locked storage closets. The keyless entry system makes check-in a breeze. The home, inside and out, is otherwise here for your enjoyment and comfort during your stay.

$50 fee for lost pool pass. Quiet hours from 10:00pm - 6am
