Newly renovated - BRAND NEW A/C-heating system, new carpeting throughout the hallways, living room, dining room and both bedrooms, new white kitchen cabinets with glass fronts and pull-out drawers, porcelain flooring (continued into the bathrooms) and quartz counters, new lighting fixtures, new washing machine & dryer, new sleep sofa, love seat and chair in the living room!

Welcome to your beach and golf retreat! This gold-rated, 1st floor villa is exceptionally large at over 1400sq feet and feels even bigger because of its high ceilings. After sizzling on the beach, or working toward that "hole in one", you'll enjoy coming back to this custom, upgraded home.

Upon entering, you can either walk into the huge, fully equipped eat-in kitchen which includes all the appliances, kitchenware and accessories you'll need, or continue down the hall into the 'flip-flop' decor of the second bedroom (which includes a queen and a twin bed, a TV & DVD player). A full bathroom is next door with a full-sized washer/dryer in the adjacent room; these areas separate the second bedroom from the master suite, providing privacy for both areas.

Further down the hall, you'll enter the large, open dining area which adjoins the inviting and colorful family room. The family room has a loveseat and queen sleepsofa, a new large screen SmartTV & DVD player as well as numerous board/family box games. An added bonus is the gas fireplace, for those romantic evenings at home. Along the way, you'll pass the large master bedroom with a new hotel-quality, king-size bed set, TV w/Roku stick and an en-suite master bath. The villa has new central air and all the living areas have ceiling fans.

Off the living room, is the screened-in deck for your outdoor dining pleasure and there's even a separate patio seating area and a backyard. Relax and make your favorite meals on the infrared bar-b-q grill while watching the golfers on the green or just enjoy the serenity of the landscape!

WiFi is included in this non-smoking villa. Sorry, no pets please and some closets are locked for owner-only use.

Linen (including beds made up) rental and Bear Trap activity passes (required for all amenities and everyone over 4) are available for an additional fee- activity pass rates vary depending on the season. While this unit sleeps 7, a maximum of 3 children are allowed.

Please note Ocean View Ordinance 360, Chapter 93, states only two cars are allowed for a two-bedroom property.

Great beach house!

We enjoyed our stay at bear trap dunes!! Host was very accommodating, her place was very clean and organized, and she had great communication. Will stay again in the future!

Why they chose this property

I used to come up to visit friends who already owned a place at Bear Trap and just LOVED it -- leaving all my work, stress and problems behind. The area's so clean, the people are so nice and you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of a wide array of activities, but come home to a quiet and peaceful environment.

I've tried to make MY PLACE comfortable, fun and an inviting space you'll want to come back to again and again! This two-bedroom, two bath is just the right size for a family (up to7) or two couples looking to get away; almost as large as a townhouse at a better price.

What makes this property unique

This unit is so bright and cheerful, it'll make you smile! It's exceedingly large for a two-bedroom (1421 sq.ft.), so you can enjoy your time together, spread out or find a quiet corner and catch up on work if needed.

Location-wise, it's close to the Pavillion and in between both pools, the beach shuttle is very close by and my unit is one of the few that has a b-b-q grill overlooking the golf course. Weekly rentals are available year round or ask about a three or four-night stay.
