This 2 bedroom 1 generous size bathroom is close to campus and the heart of Fayetteville. With brand new king and queen mattresses, you will be able to rest well after enjoying your day in Fayetteville!
The backyard is fully fenced. We are currently waiting on the contractor to build stairs off the back door. Contract states timeframe is 10/10 - exact ETA TBD.
Guest access the home through a smart lock at the front door.
