All I can say is my son 29th Birthday was a blasted. The cleanness of the penthouse was perfect only minor thing that was loose which is a quick fix and also insect here and there that's a quick fix also nothing a little exterminator can't fix. All the host we're helpful and kind. The entire resort, the restaurants and tiki bars all were clean had great host, servers and food. My balcony had the great view of the view of the beach and the city of Florida. The 2 pool areas for adults and kids were excellent. The price is & the Food is so save up for a great place for your next trip. Singer Island Resort & Spa is high living however It's a great place and Resort . Friendly people was a hit or miss. But, we still had AN AWESOME time. We will booked this place again and the same exact room. Thank you Vrbo and Singer Island Spa and Resort in FL. for a great time 7/15-7/18/2026

The view from the Balcony is beautiful and looks northward upon both the Atlantic beach and the intercoastal waterway. We loved that we could sit in the morning and watch the sunrise or even at night and look at the city lights reflect off the water. The condo was plenty spacious enough for our family of 5 and the 2 bathrooms were extremely helpful. There are 2 pools which we also enjoyed: relaxing infinity pool and a more family oriented fun pool with a water slide. Lastly access to the beach was incredible. The resort was also very nice with friendly staff, vallet , Starbucks, and a mini reception’ every afternoon. We’d def stay here again!

The resort is beautiful. The unit was okay. If we came back, we’d stay elsewhere. We killed a roach in the kitchen (understandable in Florida but still very unpleasant) and the shower in the second bathroom didn’t have hot water. The unit itself could use a better clean (hair in the drain, dirty silverware, hair on sheets). Because of the roach, we didn’t feel comfortable using the coffee maker or toaster so that was disappointing. But the staff was polite and the view was great.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at the Palm Beach Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa with us. One of our key priorities is to provide the highest level of friendly and courteous service to all our guests staying at this 4.5-star Marriott resort. We always welcome guest feedback. Our housekeeping company always completes a thorough checklist and documents photos of every room. I reviewed the cleaning report and photos from the check-out clean that occured prior to your arrival and see that the unit was thoroughly cleaned. The Marriott resort also sprays for pest control on a regular basis, but we would have sent a specialist to investigate the matter! I also reviewed our call log and emails and I don't see any report of these concerns. We do wish we were made aware of any of the concerns you mentioned, as we are always happy to address any maintenance or housekeeping issues in a very timely manner! We always look to exceed guest expectations and hope to serve you again whenever your travels bring you back to Singer Island.
