The Cabin

Newly renovated 1200 square feet cabin in a quiet wooded setting just minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The Arts and Crafts District is just a couple minutes down the road.

Featured is a large covered screened in deck that provides a large hot tub, television, and eating space. The cabin has high speed internet (1 Gig) and a smart TV in the living room, screened in deck, and each bedroom. Enjoy all your streaming subscriptions (cable not provided). Challenge your group to a game of cornhole!

Kitchen:
Enjoy stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, all the cookware and utensils you need. A Keurig and traditional coffee pot are provided for your convenience.

Living Room:
The cozy living room will comfortably accommodate your group with a couch and a loveseat. Enjoy the 55" smart TV and the wood burning fireplace. Wood is not provided but you can purchase it at a number of nearby locations.

Bedrooms:
1st floor bedroom with king bed, TV, and large closet. Attached bathroom with walk in shower, and connected laundry room with washer and dryer.

2nd floor bedroom with king bed, TV, and large closet. Attached bathroom with tub/shower.

Loft area with bunk beds and 2 person arcade cocktail table. Enjoy over 400 games!

Grill:
The front porch has a propane grill for your BBQ.

Spacious paved area for two vehicles

Infants:
A high chair, pack 'n play, and safety gate are provided.

Security camera is located on the front porch for the security of our guests.

Small dogs (20 pounds or less) welcome. Dogs must be crate (not provided) trained and stay in the crate when not attended to. If your dog enjoys couches or beds, please bring a blanket for your dog to lay on.

4WD or AWD is recommended during the winter months as navigating the roads and driveway with snow cover can be challenging.

Bears are common in the area. Please enjoy from a distance. Do not feed the bears or leave food outdoors (including the screened porch or in your car). Bears have been known to open car doors.

The cabin is a non-smoking/vaping cabin. Smoking/vaping in the cabin will result in a $250 fine plus additional cleaning fees.

Children under 18 are not permitted in the hot tub without direct adult supervision. No glass near the hot tub.

This cabin is surrounded by nature which is part of it's charm, but it also means you may occasionally see insects or small critters. We have monthly pest control service, but some pests can still find their way inside. This is normal for wooded areas and not a sign of neglect.

This is our personal family cabin. You will be communicating directly with the owners and not a rental agency. We will work hard to make sure you have wonderful memories of the Smoky Mountains!
