Welcome to an exquisite mountain retreat in the coveted Eagle Mountain Estates. Tree Top Lodge at Stony Creek spans 3,700+ square feet and is set on a spacious 12,000+-square-foot lot, offering five bedrooms—perfect for hosting memorable gatherings.
The main living area captivates with its stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, filling the space with ample natural light. The expansive primary suite serves as a luxurious private escape with direct access to the hot tub. Entertain effortlessly in the dedicated game room which doubles as a bunk room or relax in loft to watch a movie or get everyone together for game of Texas hold'em. If you get knocked out, play a game of darts.
The kitchen is designed as a welcoming gathering space, perfect for cooking, entertaining, and making memories. Outfitted with a brand new LG appliance package (upgraded in October 2025), it offers both style and functionality. You'll also find a selection of wine, beer, and champagne glasses—ready for any celebration.
The garage parking comes equipped with 50 amp charging plug. The porte-cochère ensures a gracious entry and exit, protecting you from any inclement weather. RV enthusiasts will appreciate the dedicated parking and clean-out. The entire home is backed up with a generator. Power outages in Big Bear have become more common due to weather and fire prevention efforts, but the generator ensures the house remains fully powered.
Located in Eagle Mountain Estates, this home offers central access to the entire Big Bear Valley, providing endless opportunities for outdoor adventures and recreation. Come experience the perfect blend of elegance and mountain living.
Since 2021, all rental properties in Big Bear (so not just us) require guests to sign the good neighbor policy. Some of the regulations include:
1. No outside activity 10pm - 7am (including spa use)
2. No amplified music that can be heard beyond the property, as the sound carries differently in the mountains and at higher elevations
3. Parking is only permitted in the driveway or garage (no street parking)
4. Trash must be taken at the end of your stay to one of the two local trash sites
Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.
