Entire Cottage in Denver. Close to Downtown. Grille, Backyard, Desks, Fast Wifi

Our cozy, historic 1940's cottage is 3 bedrooms/1 bath. Large back & front yards w/ porches, grill, seating & firepit. Full Kitchen & Cooking Utensils. 3 car driveway. Perfect for remote workers. 3 Desks & Ultra Fast Wifi. 75 Inch Samsung Smart TV.

Our space is perfectly set up for remote workers, digital nomads or anyone looking to experience the great city of Denver close to all the action (and countless ski resorts a short drive away).

We have fast wifi & 3 desk / work surfaces + a kitchen table = lots of work surfaces. One desk even has a stand up desk (if your'e into that kinda thing). We have very fast wifi & a wifi extender. We are remote workers ourselves, so we know the importance of this.

We have a large HD Projector with a Roku with Netflix, Hulu & Youtube TV access. You can also plug in an HDMI chord.

We have a backyard patio with Grill, Tables, Chairs and a Firepit that you can enjoy.

1 bedroom with King bed, 1 bedroom with Queen sized bed. 1 Bedroom is currently used as an office.

All three bedrooms are standard with doors, & closets etc.

Located in the heart of East Denver - 10 Mins to Downtown, LODO & RINO. 8 Mins to City Park. For Neighborhood Dining - 2 blocks to Colfax, a mile to Stanley Marketplace, Oneida Park & Hangar 2 in Lowery. A large dogpark & Central Park a few blocks North. About 20 minutes to Denver International Airport.
