The windowed chef’s kitchen is equipped with premium Viking and Bosch appliances and generous prep space.
The living room offers two oversized sofas and a Samsung Frame TV (displayed with digital art in the photos).
The Twin Bedroom
Features two twin beds, each with a twin trundle underneath (a trundle is a pull-out bed on wheels), comfortably sleeping up to four guests.
**We may convert this room to option to have either one king bed or two twins. If interested in the King, please inquire when booking.
Queen Sleeper Sofa + Office
This versatile room functions as a third bedroom or a private office and includes a desk and queen sleeper sofa.
**We may be able to provide a standard queen bed if needed — please inquire. Photos showing a queen bed in this room are virtually staged.

• A private rooftop terrace
• A secondary terrace off the kitchen
• Optional basement storage (please inquire in advance)
A crib and high chair are available upon request.
Strollers may be stored in the ground-level entry hallway during your stay.
Please note: This is a walk-up townhouse. Guests must climb two flights of stairs to access the apartment.
Other things to note
If booking multiple months, only the first month needs to be reserved through VRBO. Please inquire for details.
• Minimum Stay & Calendar Structure: Kindly “Contact Host” before submitting a booking request. We require a 30-day minimum and typically book full calendar months (1st–30th/31st). We prioritize consecutive month bookings and may not release a future month until the preceding month is secured.
Partial or “broken” months may be possible depending on calendar alignment and are typically subject to a 10–20% premium.
• Cleaning: Bi-weekly professional cleaning is required at the guest’s expense ($275 per visit). Payment may be arranged through the booking or directly with our cleaner.
• Pets: Dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on breed, age, and scheduling. Additional pet cleaning fees typically apply. Cats are not permitted.
• This is a family-friendly building. Strollers may be stored in the ground-level hallway during your stay.
• Split A/C in the main living area. Window A/C units are installed in all three bedrooms April–November (or upon request).
• The apartment has one-zone heating (the full 1,700 sq ft is set to the same temperature).
• The building dates to 1910 and retains some historic character, including occasional creaky floors and classic townhouse quirks.
