The beach is a 15 minute drive. Las Olas Blvd is less than a 20 minute drive. This excellent property offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. THE APARTMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A 1 month or 3 MONTH RENTAL starting between December 20th and January 10th....If for 3 months, a full application and board approval will be necessary.
