Totally renovated condo with great location in the Ocotillo area, ideal for Golf Lovers. The condo features a gorgeous kitchen with brand new appliances, elegant white quartz countertops and tile backsplash. Bathrooms have been redone and upgraded. Brand new wood tile flooring through out the condo.

The condo is located in ground floor and has a two car garage. With a balcony view to the community's lake, equipped with Weber Charcoal Grill, ideal outside meals.

For those GOLF LOVERS, across the street is Ocotillo Golf Course, which is a Troon managed course with 27 holes of championship golf rated four stars by Golf Digest and selected as one of the three 'must play' courses in the Valley by its readers - see our link below for pictures and course layout. In addition to this, there are 200-plus golf courses to play in the Valley.

We are located 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 15 minutes from Tempe. At just five minutes from the Chandler Fashion Center there is great shopping and many fine dining restaurants for you to choose.


Master Bedroom

Spacious Master Bedroom features King size bed with top Thomasville mattress. 55" TV Walk in closet, Master bath in room. Features a double sink and a separate shower and tub.

Second Bedroom.

Sleeps up to 3. Bunk bed with a Queen (middle) and two twin mattresses (Top and trundle).

You can also enjoy every morning a tasty cappuccino or a latte from our very own coffee station. Featuring a KEURIG coffee machine, Milk Frother as well as a traditional coffee maker.

Brand new towels, linens and comforters thought the bedrooms.

This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Phoenix! Communication with the host was great, the condo was super clean, well maintained, and well stocked with everything we needed and more. The unit has it's own garage and very close to the pool and gym. We come to Phoenix regularly to visit family and will definitely stay again if it is available!

I enjoyed my stay! The condo was just as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was nice and comfortable. The location is great; especially, if you want to use the neighborhood pool as it is really close.

I never give 5 stars on cleanliness but only because my wife is a clean freak and no vacation rental ever compares to our house lol!! But this was definitely one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have ever had and the location was top notch. I would definitely book here again.

We visted Chandler for three days for a Jazz Festival, which was canceled, however this condo is exactly how pictures description. The condo is clean and spacious.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed except food, lol. Lovely condo in Chandler Az

The owner was wonderful to work with and the condo matched the description and pictures, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath with an open kitchen, dining and living space., and a two car garage. The condo was clean, kitchen had everything thing we needed, lots of linens and 2 great TVs. The location is perfect with several close by grocery stores, wide variety of local restaurants, close to Chandler mall and easy access to the freeways. We would definitely stay here again

Graduation celebration

Stayed at this great condo to celebrate niece’s graduation from Gilbert Christian Kitchen was well stocked. Easy entrance and a garage. Mattress in master was wonderful. Such a restful time. My mother in law lives at Enclave just down road so we were able to have lots of family time. Made a nacho bar to celebrate son’s girlfriend’s 18th birthday This place was just perfect! Oh, and super close to pool

Best Place Ever!!!

Oh, my, where to begin! We have stayed in many places during our travels, and this one was by far the best ever. The condo totally passed my white glove inspection, and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was more than well stocked with everything we needed for comfort, and to feel at home. Our hostess was so accommodating, and available to answer any questions we had. Loved the beautiful, quiet neighborhood and the pool. We come to this area as often as possible to visit family and are hoping that Lilly’s condo will be a regular retreat when we return.

Beautiful and clean condo

My mom and I stayed in this condo for a long weekend with my 5 month old twins. It was perfect for us- nice and clean, tons of space. Our friends were able to come and hang out and there was plenty of seating. The pool was really nice too! Will definitely stay there again.
