Loved our stay. Perfect for our group. Close to town and the river. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Has everything thing you need for a comfortable stay.
The property was lovely. The house was exactly as advertised, and the owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met.
At night it was so quiet, and outside was dark, like no light pollution. It was a great experience.

We truly loved hosting you and your group!! Thanks for taking great care of the house & thanks for the visit. Hope to host ya'll again. TAKE CARE!!
Not a lot of cell reception in this location - but that made the weekend!! The family was allowed to play games, talk, be with each other and no ones phone rang. A beautiful location, great views, beautiful house and close to some great places in Oklahoma. We loved the weekend.

Thank you for choosing our Ranch House! We hope to host your family in the future Collette. The house was very well taken care of.
We had a group running different distances of this race. We also had a crew and pacers to help. This made a really nice home base for everyone to come and go through the weekend to handle all our different needs at different times.
Jennifer was great with communication from the beginning until after the stay. The property was gorgeous, the home felt like a home. She took us around the home telling us about the property. The patio and the kitchen were our gathering areas. Plent of room for everybody, and enough yard for the kids to burn off energy. Will stay again if allowed!

Wyatt and the rest of his group were an absolute DELIGHT!! Would love to host them in the future!!!
The space is nice. Checkin was different and she walked us through the property and confirmed what needed to be done for checkout. The TV is very small and didn't have a ton of channels so College football saturday was not something the guys in our group could enjoy. But the women in our group didn't mind that. The space is slightly outdated but it has more of that rustic charm.

Leah and her group were wonderful guests. Took very good care of our property. Would definitely host again. I would add that the space is just as the photos listed. Listing does not state satellite tv. Walkthrough is for the guest as well as the host. Thank you.
Jennifer was very accommodating. Helped us with WiFi and games. We didn’t want them then we did. Prob annoying. Thank you we are very grateful. Big spacious home. Plenty of room in front and on deck for entertaining our crew. Huge property with the peace of the livestock. Thank you!!!
This home was the PERFECT place for our family getaway - beautiful house, gorgeous view, close to relatives and the river, and great communication from the homeowners. We felt very much at home and enjoyed our stay immensely. We’ll definitely be booking again!
This place is gorgeous! Clean, rural, huge back porch, grills, everything you’d need for a get-away! There were only two things I wasn’t overly exited about. The owners drove by throughout the evening which felt like we were being checked on throughout the night and there was supposed to be a bunk bed in the house but it had not been put in. There were air mattresses had just looked forward to everyone being in a bed. House is beautiful with an amazing view if you want to sit on the back porch and enjoy your time away from home. Owners are super helpful and sweet ❤️ Overall had a great time. Would definitely recommend 😊

I apologize for the mix up with the beds. They are going this week. My husband and I also live on the property. We made a trip to town for supper & came back right before dark. We absolutely were not checking up on anybody. I’m sure u mentioned that we live a short distance from the rental house. We use the same driveway to get to both houses from the highway. Maybe you didn’t realize that. — I appreciate y’all taking good care of the house. Would definitely host your group again.
Had a great time with my family. Nice house. The pots and pans were dirty so we had to wash out the food left in them from previous renters I suppose. The inside of cabinets were dirty as well. Other than that the place was beautiful.
When I seen my messages from the homeowner whenever I got back to my house I was a little taken back as she seem to be very irritated that one of the window curtains was wet. She asked me why it was and how it became so, and that it was troublesome to her. As though we has done something devious with her curtain. After speaking with my daughter in law we found that she had hung up her wet bathing suit and towel on it.
Overall experience was great just thought the homeowner coming over to introduce herself and the latter comments was a little bit uncomfortable.

First I would like to comment that this guest exceeded the number of guests that were in the booking. I dropped buy the house shortly after the arrival of some of the guests to make sure everything was ok and to let them know I wasn’t sure if I had the grill back together correctly after cleaning it. Me and the guys looked at it and they quickly saw what I missed. That was good, however like I said the number of guests were supposed to be 8. On that visit I saw at least 8. . They were very polite and told me there were another 4 or 5 of them but the others had gone grocery shopping. An exceeding guest number is grounds to void rental. I didn’t say a thing about that issue, as all of the guests I met were super polite and appeared they would be responsible and respectful. As for any dirty dishes— I was completely unaware of that issue. The house was clean. My questioning about the curtain wasn’t just a wet curtain. It was an embroidered decorative piece that lays over top of curtains. It had been taken down , appeared to have been used to clean something up. It was soaked and soiled, left hanging ( waded) up over shower curtain. I have never had a complaint from any guests about- saying hello and checking if all was ok, or anything being dirty. I will be replacing pans due to the current ones being used many times and for sure are hard to clean.

About the host
Hosted by Jennifer Barnes
This beautiful home was built on the ranch by our parents in 2005. The home definitely represents the hospitality that the Barnes family is humbly proud to offer.
Why they chose this property
This property is close enough to many attractions if northeast Oklahoma, however it is secluded perfectly from the business of even a small town, that you can enjoy a weekend of relaxing, or cooking out after returning from adventures in our area.
What makes this property unique
Being located on a working ranch - the sites, sounds, and goings on of a working ranch can be adventurous in itself. You can easily enjoy a view of a sunrise in the east across a pasture of beautiful horses, and a sunset view in the west overlooking our Brahman cattle on the creek.
