Awesome Mid-Century Modern Condo in Palm Springs

This bright, 2 bedroom/2 bath upstairs condo is located in a small, private, 25 unit complex. With over 1200 square feet, it is comfortably furnished and has been recently remodeled. You'll enjoy a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Two ceiling fans assist flow through ventilation through large glass doors front and rear. There is also a gas furnace and air conditioning.

It's located in Old Las Palmas, an area of lush estates presently and formerly owned by well known celebrities. You can stroll among classic Old Hollywood estates throughout the area.

You'll be walking distance, alongside the Palm Canyon Blvd design district, to exciting downtown Palm Springs, which boasts excellent coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Yet the Condo faces away from the main street to minimize noise & provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxation! It's also just two blocks from the Desert Regional Medical Center, so it's perfect for temporary hospital staff.

Amenities include a large swimming pool, spa, generous grass lawn, large west facing outside deck with views of palm trees and the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains plus fruit trees with fruit to pick.

There is a secure, underground garage plus free off-street parking.
