Locally managed to assist with all needs during your stay. Bimini Bay Resort and community amenities included. There is a charcoal bbq grill on site. Golf carts can be rented reach out to the host.

Excellent Floor Plan

Excellent location, very nice lay out with the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for extended family with children, the pool was an added bonus. Clean and comfortable. Everyone could be together but still have their own space.

It was good just few minor issues. The dishwasher didn’t work, and the only thing on TV was Netflix.

Overall it was lot of fun and would stay there again.

Perfect location

We’ve stayed at this propery before and we could tell they’ve made some great improvements to the home (not that it really needed it in the first place). We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great trip

We had a wonderful trip, the property was great. There was a couple things, ants inside and outside, a couple things needed repair from wear and tear but nothing serious , they shut water off at night, I think this is just part of island life. I would definitely stay again and recommend for friends.

The house was as advertised or better! It was very spacious and was kept very clean. The location was perfect because you can pull up a boat and it's very close to the all the wonderful resort amenities. We highly recommend this house for families or anyone looking to have a great time!

Beautiful place

Loved the area and the home. We were very bummed the dishwasher didn’t work. Was full of dishes and stinky when we arrived. Master bedroom didn’t close and many lights didn’t work. Everything else was lovely

Amazing location and sea view

Amazing location and sea view. Two minute golf cart drive to the Hilton hotel. Great house. Could easily be a 10 out of 10 if a few basics could be addressed BUT a few areas letting it down to only 8 out of 10.. No kettle - only two mugs! Couldn’t switch off pool light at night so shines into bedroom. TV remote didn’t work.

Rocking Bimini New Years!

The house was absolutely Awesome! Great open concept, perfect for a large group. We were a group of 10 and the house was so spacious and plenty of bathrooms. The pool is a perfect touch with a beautiful view. Would definitely rent this house again, too choice. The property manager was very accommodating and great to deal with. Was on top of any questions we had while at the house. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

We had a wonderful time yes there are a few things but that is with any property in bimini but it was a beautiful house with everything you need and more plenty of dock space pool and couldn’t ask for a better location or view to watch the sun rise we will definitely be staying here again with out a doubt we had a total of 13 people and 2 boats everyone had more than enough space for us and the boats plus awesome fishing on the boat and at the dock all while hanging by the pool can’t wait till the next trip we are already making plans for it #biminilife #paradise #family

Good and Bad

A family of 10 stayed during the week between Christmas and New Years. The house accommodated the group very well. It is in a great location….a golf cart is needed to get around the island but it is walking distance to the Hilton World Resort. The biggest negative with this property has to be the lack of communication with both the owner and the manager. Answering basic questions like are there pool towels, shampoo and conditioner proved to be too much as I never received an answer. I was constantly chasing for basic information on the house and surrounding area. It was extremely frustrating. If that doesn’t worry or bothering you then this house would be a good fit for your group.

Great Bimini location

Large, very nice home on the island next to the Hilton. Having the dock right outside was great. Overall it was a great experience. We are frequent visitors to the Bahamas and Bimini and we know what to expect. This home would be 6 stars with some attention to detail especially given the rate. Some appliances didn't work properly, water pressure and temp were inconsistent between showers, shore power wasn't working when we arrived - little things that made a difference. Again, however - overall it was terrific and I would recommend staying there.

Gorgeous Home

This home was perfect for our family reunion, and we would definitely come back! Wake up early to enjoy the picture perfect sunrise overlooking the bay. The home is accessible for walkers or wheelchairs users. All rooms have a shower/toilet attached. The kitchen is equipped with enough to cook or prepare meals. Plenty of seating inside and outside. There are towels, but they were smaller than expected. Things I wish I knew before arriving (and these are about Bimini, not the house). If flying in, taxis are there to take you to a ferry to get to the other island. You can catch the World Resort ferry that will take you to the Hilton Resort (10pp). You definitely need to rent a golf cart for the duration of your stay, and you drive over an extremely steep bridge. Book in advance and arrange to have the cart available upon arrival. Ask the security guard for a little direction to the house as the house numbers are hard to find. If you can, bring food staples like coffee. There are food stores, but it's expensive and they may not have what you are looking for. The people of Bimini are very friendly and helpful, so if you need anything, just ask.

Overrated - Looks nothing inside like the pictures !!!!!!!

Looks beautiful online, but when you arrive, you're in for some surprises. Where do I start....wires hanging out ALL OVER the house, about half the lights worked, couch was disgusting and dirty, TV's DO NOT work. (Not convenient with 5 children) In fact, three of the rooms did not have tv's, but tv's were shown in the pictures online. Garbage disposal didn't work, dishwasher had standing water in the bottom of it, patio door handle broken, kitchen had no essential cooking tools, ones that were there, looked like they were pulled from the bottom of the ocean. Kitchen drawers were dirty, like they hadn't been wiped out in a year. They had a small freezer to the right of the microwave and oven that was plugged in, but didn't work. Curtains were half broken. Ripped shower curtain. No seat on one of the toilets. Ladder for the bunk beds was broken. Holes in the walls...about 5 of them. Laundry Room had no lights working in it, also a very foul stench in the Laundry Room. Scuffs and scraps all over the walls throughout the house. Shower heads in two bathrooms were covered in green like, hard algae. Broken sink knobs in the Master Bath. Broken counter tops in the bathrooms. Pool tiles missing, 2 foot section. I have pictures of everything I stated above. Unfortunately, there is no way for me to post them on here for you to see. In summary, My family of 13 was VERY disappointed in this house for the money we paid to stay there.

Pick a different property

Upon arrival to the house we were told that the key would be in a specific location and the property manager and owner were out of town. There was no hot water or water pressure. We ended up having to go outside and work on the main water lines ourselves, because the maintenance contact we were given was useless and appeared to speak no English. In order to use the oven you had to prop a chair against the door to keep it shut so that it wouldn't continue to cut off. In order to use the dishwasher you have to cut the breaker off, touch your nose, spin around twice, cut it back on and then do something else. The pool was pretty disgusting and the kids only got in maybe once. The only tv that worked was in the living room, and in order to use the master bath you had to rig your own bathtub stopper. The wifi didn't work for the first 4 days either. On our 3rd day while we were out on the boat our house was robbed. They took all the cash they could find, (went through luggage, etc) and the police came and filed a report but were ultimately useless. The cameras on the house were not even hooked up which was very convenient, and the people that broke in appeared to be very familiar with the property because there was no sign of forced entry. The maintenance contact was called and miraculously spoke great English when questioned by the police which was pretty odd. The police seemed to think that the golf cart company (Elite) had some involvement because they knew exactly how long we would be there, and someone had to be paying attention to when we were leaving on the boat. Overall the property owner or manager did basically nothing to help the entire 10/11 days we were there, and because the security system wasn't even hooked up we never had a chance of finding the people responsible or our belongings.
