Our 3 bedroom 4 bath is ski-in/ ski-out with private hot tub located mid-mountain, in the heart of Purgatory Resort. Just a short walk/ski to the main plaza literally steps away from the slope. Our luxury townhome has the best views on the mountain! Comfort is abundant in every feature of this home-- warm timber accents, floor to ceiling windows, an open kitchen and gas fireplaces in the great room and the master bedroom.

Guest access is completely automated and will be sent via email & text message 7 days prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:
A 4% Purgatory Resort fee is required for all stays and is included in your quote. During your online booking, you will see the option to purchase the additional resort amenities which is an additional 4% fee. The addition Resort Amenities include an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub, and workout facility.

Cancellation Policy: A deposit payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due. If your arrival date is within 14 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than fourteen (14) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund. Between thirteen (13) days and seven (7) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. Seven (7) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. During your booking process, you have the opportunity to select and purchase travel insurance.
