Expansive private patios, completely fenced. Only one person lives in the main house, so very private. Property has a private pool with 270 degree mountain views and a separate hot tub overlooking the entire valley. One of the finest estate properties in Mendocino County. Single occupancy recommended. No smoking - anything. Monthly rental.
