Designed by Miller Nicholson, this exceptional Craftsman home features an impressive 140 windows that frame breathtaking lake views from nearly every room. Warm wood accents, cozy gathering spaces, and five beautifully appointed bedrooms create a welcoming environment designed for both relaxation and memory-making—from weekday adventures with the kids to laid-back weekends soaking up the sun.

Outdoor living truly shines at Boathouse Cove. The gently sloping, landscaped lawn leads to 234 feet of private shoreline and an expansive waterfront oasis. A private dock with covered boat slips (pontoon rentals available), a sparkling pool, and a six-person hot tub perched on an elevated deck set the stage for effortless relaxation. Enjoy sun or shade from the dock's seating and dining areas, paddle out on the provided kayaks or paddleboards, cool off with a swim, or let kids play lawn games in the grassy yard. Inside, the slate rocking-chair front porch welcomes you home. The open-concept main level seamlessly blends the living room, kitchen, breakfast area, and dining space—making it ideal for families and groups who love to spend time together. The living room is cozy and inviting with plush seating, striking stonework, wood accents, and window seats perfectly positioned for lake views. Natural light fills the space, creating a calm and airy atmosphere throughout the day.

Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.

Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
